I am going to start taking Dantes and Clep exams soon.

I have over 20 hours of previous accredited college credit from a state university.

Where is best and least expensive school to credit bank?

If I credit bank at Excelsior will they assign a letter grade to Clep and Dantes tests without being enrolled in the school?

You can "bank" your credits at Excelsior, but there is little advantage in doing so. The fees to do so are comparable to enrollment (which, of course, includes "banking" your credits). But if you need a transcript with all your credits in a hurry, the credit bank can be useful.

If you do not need to produce a transcript (for an employer, school, etc.), then there's no need to pay the fees at Excelsior until you decide to enroll. Of course, they've complicated their fee/tuition structure, so you'll have to make this judgment yourself. Also, if you need their guidance regarding your degree plan, then you might as well enroll.

    Thanks Rich.

The reason I specifically asked about Excelsior is because I believe I read somewhere that assign letter grades for RCE, CLEP and DANTES tests.

I have not decided where to go to school yet bit I am inclined to enroll at COSC because they offer individualized study with a concentration in Criminal Justice.

I am looking for a combined concentration degree in Criminal Justice / Business / Psychology.
