There's a online ABA accredited LLM program at St. Thomas University in Florida.

I may be mistaken, and nosborne will correct me if I am :) , but I do not believe that the ABA accredits any programs beyond the first law degree.

The ABA swears up and down that it approves only J.D. programs. An ABA approved school that wishes to offer an LL.M. must seek ABA "aquiescence" which will be granted or withheld based upon whether the proposed LL.M. program will divert necessary resources from the ABA approved J.D. program.

Yep, that's what they say. look under the section on legal education and admissions to the Bar at www.abanet.org

Buuuuut...the Army JAG school in Virginia is ABA approved and IT offers ONLY the LL.M. No J.D. program at all.

    "Tain't necessarily sooooo..."
