Hello I was wondering if anyone had any info on an inexpensive RA M.Ed, that dosent require the GRE or having a teaching certificate? Im looking at a concentration in Educational Leadership. NAU here in Arizona has a course for the most part that is distance and is a total of $240.00 a credit hour for Arizona residents. Im just if there as anything out there better as in CHEAPER LOL.

The University of Wyoming offers an MS Ed in Intructional Technology that can be comleted entirely online, as well as a couple other programs that can be completed mostly online, but with a short residency.
    Cost is $187 * 34 s/h = $6358.

Emporia State University offers an MS in Business Ed that can be completed entirely.
    Cost is $217 * 35 s/h = $7595.

I believe that both require GRE scores, but I don't believe either one requires having a teaching certificate. Both are obviously interesting (to me) and affordable.

P.S. Neither are in the field of educational leadership, so I hope this info is useful to someone, if not the thread starter.

Central Michigan University is set to offer an online MA in Educational Leadership - Charter School Administration this fall, 2005. There doesn't seem to be much infomation on this program yet, but it might be worthy of a look.
    Cost is $300 s/h.

Bridgewater State College (not the degree mill with a similiar name) offers an online Masters Degree in Educational Leadership program that requires either licensure or the GRE for admittance.
    Cost is ~$250 * 36 = ~$9000.

Here is a Google search that might be of use. I am sure you have done some research, maybe even extensive research on the available programs, so I hope you are not taking offense with my honest attempt to help. :)

    Renshi,

Sorry I've been extremely late in replying to you. Of my original hand-scribbled list of 182 schools, I have 56 compiled onto my .doc file. Of these 56, there are 14 under $10,000. This list is, of course, presented with all the usual caveats, disclaimers, qualifiers, etc., to the effect that one should never ask a British-system (including Australian, Indian, and South African) school about "distance" degrees, but only "part-time" degrees.
