The complaint was lodged in India by Steven Randock,
Vedamurthy Sarvotham and their Indian associates,
Mr.Srivatsa, Mr.Shridar, Mr.Ravishankar and Mr. Hari.

Mr.Ravishankar is the GPA holder and agent of Saint
Regis University in India (as per Mr.Ravishankar's
statement in the complaint).

Dr. Azad is being harassed for trying to help 1000's
of students being victimised by them.

I am a freelance reporter cum writer and I have all
the rights to publish the authentic information.

Dr. Azad is asking for CBI and FBI enquiry regarding
this and will send the supporting documents to and
through Interpol. The matter is being investigated by
Leading news paper's reporters and television news
channel people. I will upload few of the availbale
documents now.

The Embassy of Liberia in Washington DC has verified on 28th February 2002, a document which would be signed on June 26, 2002. What a comedy? Did the Hon'ble Government of Liberia know about this?

Did the Ministry of Education and National Commission on Higher Education aware of this?

Zon 7 is not a supporter of Azad, referring to "Azad's team of criminals" and generally saying all sorts of nasty things! Being "taken away in handcuffs" is mentioned.

Note that Zon 7 never touched on the matter of the envelope sent to Azad having the provenance of the Mead, Washington A+ Institute, the business address of the very same folks named in the Regis v. Lorhan, Pearson, Randock, Randock, & Hoyer complaint.

 

I share your skepticism of Zon 7's motives. Dr. Azad has been advised of the post and his response solicited. Depending on his incarceration status, perhaps he'll favor us with his version of events.

Can Zon 7 prove that the Utkal University is owned by Dr. Azad? Can Zon 7 give his real name and address so that we can file a defamation suit? It is a Government University. May be Randock and his criminal associates may have planned to buy, if it were a degree mill!!!

Regarding the arrest, India is a corrupted country and anyone can bribe to do this. Why Steve Randock has to come to India and give a complaint through his GPA holder and Agent Ravishankar? He could have done the same from USA. Why he has to choose the Indiranagar Police Station, when the Juristriction is Jayanagar Police Station in Bangalore. Whatever may be the case, what is your reply about the Fake Embassy Notorial Certificate and envelope?

Is Zon 7 associated with the so-called notorias diploma mill operations of Randocks?

Can the Zon 7 prove any of his/her above given claims? Can he/she give his/her real name and address, so that we can file a defamation suit? The so-called diplomat titles and PhD documents will be scanned and posted to this forum. They were granted by the NBE and SRU owned by Randock.

Is there any evidences for your claims? Who is in police custody? Anyone can accuse anybody. Steve Randock and Ravishankar has accused Azad and it has to be challenged in court of Law. Then the judge has to decide the matter. Azad has submitted all the documents to the Court and to the Media. Let the Media decide this matter and I am sure that I will make the FBI to investigate the Fake documents and schools created and being operated by the Randocks.B. Lokesh, Inspector of Police has registered the case based on the complaint given by International Diploma mill owner Steve Randock and his Indian Agent Ravishankar. This envelope is relating to the Regis Law suit as the A+ Institute and the Address is owned by the Steve Randock and Dixie Randock, who are the defendants in the suit.

In the last couple of years there have been statements by SRU representatives to reporters to the effect that Hoyer is no longer involved with SRU. It is interesting to see that an unaccredited entity or two with links to Mr. Hoyer are rising to participate in this SRU-USA v. SRU-India conflict on behalf of SRU-USA.

 

Richard Hoyer, I forget. Is he a creator of educational masterpieces or the creator of different academic fraud schemes? I believe that it is one of those two.
