I have finished a Associates in CIS and would like to continue for a Bachelors. I'd like to continue in the programming area. What RA colleges do you recommend?

I have looked at DeVry University and Champlain College so far.

Florida State has a DL software engineering BS, and the University of Illinois-Springfield offers a BS in Computer Science. Both are heavy on the theoretical side... If you're simply looking for a practioner's degree centered towards coding, you might look into the UMASS-Lowell IT degree. I believe you can select electives that will allow you to focus the emphasis towards programming.

You can transfer in up to 90 credits towards a BS or BA.

Franklin University has an online BS CS that allows one to specialize in software engineering. Also, tuition is reasonable at $292/semester hour.

Regis University offers online BS CS and BS CIS degrees. Tuition is reasonable at $340/semester hour.

    Good luck,
    Tony

ACCIS (American College of Computer and Information Science) is DETC accredited, and you could do the whole thing online.

Undergraduate tuition is only $155/credit hour.
I think that would be pretty hard to beat.
