Is this Golden State the same with the one from BVI?

Hi, I'm one of few long-time unaccredited degree watchers in Japan.

About "University of Honolulu" (www.uhedu.net), Official News Release from Hawaii State Government says:

"Honolulu University" (www.honolulu-university.edu) was founded by Dr. Warren Walker as "Golden State University" in California, and later moved, renamed, and state recognized.

So, (New?) "Golden State University" (www.goldenstateuniversity.edu How wonderful Faculty members are!!) must be another one.
