    Mr Quin has been discussed before ('blatant fake degerees')

    part of the difficulty in dealing with him is that he is not resident in the UK, and is 'believed to be' in Spain

    The same goes to the Warnborough scam - an Irish registered limited company although offering British Degrees overseas? Still covered by the Education Act 1988 and other misleading stament on www.warnborough.edu?
