Possibly. It's the never ending search of the unaccredited schools for some form of respectibility. Or maybe I am been generous- maybe the never ending search to find another way to deceive their prospects.

However, I do see that IIU did a good con job on the Cambodian PM, presenting him with a degree.

By the way, Peter, did you enroll in a Malaysian university for a doctoral program?

 

Is that Irish International University, amused? Where did you read this?

Amused, I have yet to enroll for doctoral program. I have been assigned 22 hours of teaching per week that leave me with little time to think about further study.

Ummm...a heavy work load. And probably family to also consider. Keep the desire for that doctorate burning bright. You will be surprised, however, just how much you can accomplish when under pressure to do so. All the best.

 

Quite obviously the Cambodian PM is a thug! An honorary degree on political science..ho,ho.. I am sure the Cambodian Minister of education didn't say boo about the degree or IIU!

 

Well the source of the ICOPSE operators has been found. I sent an e-mail to [email protected] asking for information on their members, with a return receipt. Here is the response:

Of course, they never replied, but the source domain is interesting. The Hong Kong Professional Training Institute http://www.hkpti.com.hk appears to be some sort of organistion that hosts international providers to use facilities. Any more info on this one Peter?
