You may want to consider Brock University's B.Ed. program in Adult Education. The entire program can be done by DL. http://www.brocku.ca/registrar/
For many people in a position to hire, the phrase "Adult Education" has a very different world of connotation from the single degree word "Education." (Should not be so, but there you are.) So just be careful that if you go the adult ed route that it will not hold you back from some job later. Adult Ed studies in and of themselves, however, I found quite interesting. They basically embrace the wide world of non-credentialled learning. Peter
