He started off OK. But he seems to have lost his mind sometime in the late 90's.

Wow, two year and all those doctorates! That is half the time it took me to do one.

Just think of all the doctorates regular tuition money could buy. I would guess that Dr. Dr. Dr.,,, etc. Tice would also claim he did legitimate work to earn them.

    The product of two primes

Putting 6Dr. Hoyer next to 9Dr. Tice probably violates some TOS provision concerning lewd visual puns. So we won't.

If this is the same Dr. Dr. Dr., etc. Tice he has a book listed on Amazon in Pharmacology, published in 2001:

    http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/ASIN/0759626448/qid%3D1074312344/sr%3D11-1/ref%3Dsr%5F11%5F1/002-9945654-5824008

I am assuming it is he because his Who's Who bio also lists him as being CEO of Tice Pharms.

He also noted in Who's WHo he was a NASA mission specialist astronaut candidate in 2001. In addition, an intern for NASA at the Ames Research Center in 97-98. I wonder what NASA thought about the two doctorates he had before 2001 (St. Clements and Fairfax)

As Director of the Pacific Language Institute in Cupertino he had some remarks published: http://www.svcn.com/archives/cupertinocourier/12.25.96/letters.html

His St. Clements Doctor of Letters thesis was titled: “The Priority Method for Korean ESL Students” http://www.stclements.edu/alumgrad.htm

Perhaps there are multiple Tices: at Drake there is an assistant professor of pharmacy (see http://pharmacy.drake.edu/asp/Faculty/faculty.asp?FacultyID=31) named Bradley Tice. His degrees are B.S., Pharm.D., University of Kansas. I wouldn't be surprised if he wrote the book, and I bet he's a different guy.

    Re: to Mars!

Let's hope the Drake professor is the author. He would have to have the same middle name as Dr. Dr. Dr., etc. Tice.

I checked also American College Metaphysical Theology

They have nearly the same website design as Northwestern International University, and interestingly nearly the same statement:

"American College of Metaphysical Theology degree programs are not designed to meet any particular local, state or national licensing or credentialing laws, nor to meet any requirements established by any private independent associations. "

    I lookedup Whois for both

    Domain Name: UNIVERSITYDEGREE.COM

    Whois Server: whois.opensrs.net

I looked up the Referral URL which appears in both:
    Domain Name:OPENSRS.ORG
    Registrant Organization:Tucows ( Deleware ) Inc.
    Registrant Street1:96 Mowat Avenue
    Registrant City:Toronto
    Registrant State/Province:Ontario

does Tucows own and operate these websites? after visiting opensrs.org I found out that "With OpenSRS, you can cost-effectively provision and manage domain names, email and digital certificates. "So Tucows most probably are hosting the domains and using their name as a service

Thus the identity of the owners of these websites is unknown, atleast we know they are connected

and yes if you are wondering, i do have much time on my hand:D

The proprietor of both Northwestern International University and the American College of Metaphysical Theology is Jay Wise. His name is on the Northwestern International University Website http://www.universitydegree.com/message.htm, and he is (or was) listed as Chancellor in the American College catalogue.

Now if telecom isn't your thing, perhaps a doctorate in math is just what the doctor ordered.

    Phd = SUM(6Dr. Hoyer + 9Dr. Tice)/$495ea.

    phoney accreditation

    = bogus/bull shit

= Piled High and Deep (PhD)
