    I find this article to be amusing on numerous levels. Are we to believe that none of these schools have fundraising development departments? There are no funds from alumni? Certainly, there is no mention but I find it hard to believe they are surviving on just government funding and tuition. Banding together to give an ultimatum was ridiculously smart even if it does come across a bit off by the lack of mentioning alumni funding.
