A small university to close with little warning. It blames the Education Department for its end.

    SCHEV is pretty rigorous, so it is of note that they've allowed the school to continue its online instruction.

    I think the school would continue to operate without accreditation if SCHEV would permit it. (The reasons should be clear.) But I don't know how it can survive if it needs accreditation. And with such a small student body, I don't know how they could get it.

    That's probably true for the majority of US schools.

    Those are important points. As VIU, the school ran without accreditation for some years. I think that is much more difficult in today's climate.
