EC is now officially EU (08/01/2022)

    Wow, I agree the original name sounds the best. Why did they initially change it?

    While I assume there are security features and things that make a degree re-print more expensive than other documents, I think the $100 is also meant to recapture some of the cost of re-branding which can run in the tens or hundreds of thousands when you consider literally every reference to the school needs to change.

    I’m not sure there will be many graduates requesting new diplomas. As I mentioned in my previous post, I’m saddened to see all the changes and I’m not convinced EU is a “Big Three” good pathway anymore. The loss of ASN nursing accreditation was the big shocker for me.

    I seem to recall Excelsior had a slogan something like, “it’s not important where one receives their education but that they have the knowledge.” Something like that. Perhaps someone remembers.

    I think I'm just going to keep my EC diploma, I got it framed with Excelsior College at the bottom. Don't think anyone would have an issue with accepting it.

    They changed to Excelsior College because one day they know they are going to be a University. Regents College would be Regents University; which is conflict with Regent University. :D
