The Doctor of Healthcare Administration from Virginia University of Lynchburg is an online doctorate that is nationally accredited. You can finish the degree in one year.

California Coast University (NA DEAC) courses are approximately self-paced and they have EdDs, and South College and Capella University FlexPath (both RA) have competency-based doctorates. You might want to look into these. A possible limiting factor in self-paced and competency-based programs is waits until instructors have graded and commented before a student can fully move on.

Nebraska Methodist College (RA) has an EdD in Public Health Policy and an EdD in Education & Leadership in Healthcare each of which advertise they can be completed in 24 months of full-time participation.

FWIW, I completed my Ph.D. in 31 months (October 2018 to May 2021).

Mine took 16 years (with a huge chunk of time where I wasn't enrolled).

Some wags on another board insisted I did it in 8 months. They didn't mean it as a compliment.

I started my Ph.D. at Capella University 2008, but until now I still don't have a Doctorate degree. :D

Nah. Can't be. "You can lead a horse to water but you can't make him/her drink...." But this is Breyer State, so ---maybe. :) Some of those schools have granted degrees to people's dogs -- I remember a pug named Chester, who got a Belford U. degree -- so why not?
