    It is an interesting concept. I don’t know how well it will work. I have worked with teachers who have no classroom management skills. It can be disruptive to an entire building when a classroom is out of control. When the Administrative Assistant (aka - ME) has to go upstairs to tell a 6th grade class to get in their seats, stop talking, and listen to their teacher during state testing, that’s a problem.
    Teachers are asked to put up with a lot. Not all of them are paid well (depending on where they teach).

    I have the same thoughts, K-12 students are immature and the majority are there because their parents and authorities make them be at school. In college/university settings, the students are there to learn because they want to.
