That and a full time job and he might even be able to afford living in NYC while doing so. Snitches get stitches. What do we get for reporting idling government officials? Could this be the first time in years that cell phone video has been shot in NYC that doesn't include someone shouting WORLD STAAAAAR!!! in the background? I like the idling vehicles that weren't captured. I believe that the human being and the idling commercial vehicle can coexist peacefully. Idle me this, idle me that. I heard this might be replaced by a bounty system. To collect, you shoot the offending vehicle (with your properly-licensed firearm) and turn the license plates in, to the bounty official at the DMV office.
