    And Justin Bieber. That's non-negotiable.

Maybe --- just maybe. That's a tough one though. I think we'd want New Mexico thrown in. And further news -- I've heard Tim Hortons is cooking up a scheme to corner the beignet market in New Orleans.

This is why I didn't realize how D.O.s in US qualified. We have NO SCHOOLS for them here. US D.O's can be admitted to practice here if they pass the exams required of MDs.

"Currently, there are no osteopathic medical schools in Canada and DOs have received their training in other countries, such as the United States. ... Like doctors who have an MD (Medical Doctor) degree, DOs must pass a medical board exam to obtain a licence and enter practice."

And here's the scoop on Manual Osteopathy here. Non-Doctors. Non-Anything. A weekend hobbyist can set up a practice. And they DO.

"Manual Osteopathy is Not REgulated in Ontario
It is important for the general public to understand that “osteopathic manual practitioner” is not yet a regulated health profession in Ontario. As such, there are no commonly accepted standards of training or an entrance to practice examination for the profession."

I'm guessing that's the type of guy my mother went to... :(

IIRC, both the US and Canada have actually had (recent) plans for invading one another, should the need arise. At least some of those plans were leaked at some point.

The U.S. and Canada differ significantly in this. Johann is in Canada.

You Canadians drive a hard bargain! Umm. How about you take South Carolina instead of New Mexico?

In fact, if you ACT NOW, we will send you BOTH Carolinas for taking just one low Justin Bieber back! Can't say fairer than THAT!

You mean the genius who wrote these lyrics?

    "Oh-whoa (oh-whoa, oh-whoa)
    Oh-whoa (oh-whoa)
    Oh-whoa (oh-whoa)
I'll be f*cked up if you can't be right here..."

    Umm... no, thanks. :(

    Classic literature!

Meanwhile I think you should be impressed that I can spell "Ottawa" without looking it up (or being spell checked). ;)

Isn't that Topolobampo? Henry George-style community - in regular Mexico, not NM? Okay, you made me look. Tamaulipas I'm familiar with. I think I once drank something that was made there - maybe beer. Mexican State. Has a city with a horrible name - Matamoros. Did you know, there's still a city somewhere today with an equally horrible name - Matajudios? That was barbaric then and completely unacceptable now.

Not as much as Tamaulipas, as I see it. BTW - I figured it out. It wasn't beer from there I drank, though I generally liked Mexican beer - my favourite was Tecate, available here in Canada. It must have been Tequila, that excellent memory-eraser and general anaesthetic. Real Tequila has to come from Tamaulipas or any of four other Mexican States - Guanajuato, Jalisco, Michoacán, or Nayarit. And I can spell all those without lookin' em up - right down to the (one) diacritical. :)

PS- Why do I capitalize Tequila? Out of respect. Tequila is a spirit with innate powers. NOT a spirit you can diss and get away with it!

And if you want a spelling bee, Nosborne48, try these: Ohsweken, Sheshgewaning, Amjiwnaang, Attawapiskat, Iskatewizaagegan - five of the many First Nations communities here in Ontario, starting with Ohsweken (pronounced "Oshweegen"), which is no more no more than 30 miles or so from my big-city front door. Bin there. Lots of times. Got quite a few paintings, carvings etc. to show for it. First Nations people around where I live are mostly 'Six Nations' (Iroquoian) - Mohawk, Oneida, Onondaga, Cayuga, Tuscarora, Seneca.

Got more artworks from Manitoulin Island. Anishnaabe people there. Stayed in Waibejewung. (Little Current.)
