I am looking for a cheap online associate or second bachelors in nursing program. Been trying to search the internet but I haven't found the right program I guess. Personally would like an accelerated affordable program. Can anyone suggest a few schools to look at? If they accept transfer credits would be great even if it's the general requirements. A nursing program for students that hold a bachelor's would also be nice if anyone knows of any.

The only thing I know of is Western Governor's prelicensure RN program which is offered in only 7 states (Florida, Indiana, Missouri, Nevada, New Mexico, Texas, or Utah). Online Nursing Program (RN) | Online Nursing Bachelor's Degree | WGU

Why does it have to be online? I'll try and do some research but usually, these types of programs require some component of in-class attendance and certainly live clinical rotations.

The only other "online" option is to get your paramedic online ($6850) need to currently hold an EMT Basic, then apply to the competency-based Excelsior College of Nursing (Very difficult):
    1. Application | School Of EMS
    2. Associate of Applied Science in Nursing | AAS Degree | Excelsior College

Otherwise, you need to go to a local one-year LVN/LPN school then it looks like Excelsior will accept you or other schools with LVN to RN programs.

If you have the time, you should consider an accelerated RN/BSN(Second BS with pre-requisites) 12 to 18-month super full-time program on campus.

Online is accessible for me while I'm working. I use to be a big brick-and-mortar person now I like online. I do not mind doing clinical as long as they can be done in my area (New York City)

You have the best schools in the world in NY! I would definitely ask nurses in that area about strategies that worked for them. It’s possible with the Covid pandemic and shortage of nurses, the NY area schools are looking for innovative ways to produce nurses. With that said, I am not sure there is an RN school for you that will fit your specific needs at this time. Perhaps WGU will expand to offer its unique DL program to other states? In the meantime, I would look at CAAHEP online programs that may work in NYC and meet licensing and certification requirements. I recognize the RN is more generalized than the very specific CAAHEP type programs but I simply don't know how one would do an online program that leads to an RN living in NY except for what I previously mentioned with Excelsior College. Becoming a paramedic is a monumental task in itself followed by challenging the RN through Excelsior! Have you considered other areas of healthcare like counseling, nutrition, etc? These disciplines appear to offer DL options. Just a thought. Perhaps the DHSc has an emphasis in sports medicine, exercise physiology, diabetes, nutrition?

I did find a master's in nutrition and dietetics online that leads to an RDN this interests me. Maybe I go for it.
