True, but after the what occurred with Cheney, they are not only a small minority, their positions are as far from the RNC as many Democrats. Kinzinger may be trying to reestablish the GOP to what they one were, at least in theory, but he’s even alluded to what many consider the inevitable… that the GOP is unsalvageable. They didn’t take just a hard right, they went full crazy. You never go full crazy…

I will never understand the blind faith people have in Donald Trump of all people. Truly baffling.

I think what explains it is that Donald Trump says what his biggest fans want to hear. It doesn't matter to him or his fans really whether or not what he says is true. He says it, they like hearing it and want to believe it enough that they don't care or dismiss those times when they know he is not telling the truth.

"The local official should have control here. I don't want top down from Washington, DC. I don't want top down from a governor's office," [/QUOTE]

This makes no sense. The virology is the same all over, so should the countermeasures be.

He knows he doesn't have to get everyone, or even everyone on the Right. And these people now own the Right. So that means all the Right wing politicians must get in sync. There is only one nationwide office--the presidency--contested by election. (The VP is a tag-along and seldom impacts the race.) And that one can be won with a minority of votes, as we've seen twice this century so far. The recipe for staying in power despite not being able to win majorities:

    1. Keep the base revved up
    2. Get foreign assistance
    3. Suppress voting by Democrats (including gerrymandering)
    4. Establish state-level processes to nullify election results you don't want.

On the right there are those who use the southern border situation as an issue that encourage Republicans to start talking about impeachment.
Jenna Ellis former Trump advisor "These are things that directly violate his oath of office. I do think fall within the definition of impeachment within the U.S. Constitution".
Last month Ellis left the Republican party in protest.

    Not my opinion or view.

Of course it is. You would not be posting these lies if you weren't supporting them.

You are 100% wrong on this one.
I repeat this is not my personal desire, not my view.
I already explained many times why I present this info.

My view is that GOP needs to work on the issues for the 2022 elections.
I named the issues, one of them is rise in crime and response of police to the calls for help.

There was no police seen to protect the christian event and the people who got attacked by groups of black-clad groups.
Police officers did not intervene in either confrontation – besides a squad car sounding its siren just feet away.

The videos of the assault are now doing the rounds on the internet.
The assault had attackers carrying shields and weapons attacked the Christians and yelled profanities at them.
The attackers dressed in black riot gear could be seen moving in to accost the attendees of the event. In other videos shared by Andy Ngo, members of the Antifa group could be seen hurling flash bombs on the streets and attacking attendees with an unidentified, gas-like substance that is suspected to be pepper spray.

"The" Christians? Maybe to you heathens we all look the same, but please stay away with your partisan agenda "protecting" us. It's the same as your boy Putin's conceit of protecting "Russophones".

You made it abundantly clear the recently that you do not consider Romney to be representative of the GOP, and that you in fact do NOT support him. And in fact he does not represent the GOP as we see it with our eyes. Now hiding behind him is the kind of slimy demagoguery one can learn by consuming Russian "news"casts. Which, to think of it, in all likelihood exactly what you do.

    And, oh: чей Крым?

Put away Horilka and check the footage.
    You see whom they attacked.
    Did you watched the footage?

And why didn't Police intervene maybe because your representatives demonized police ?.

    Footage made by this guy?

I'll pass until a more reliably-sourced story, thanks. Also "the Christians" are followers of Christ, including, well, me. The event that was apparently attacked (if all thing wasn't staged in a first place) was, according to Fox, an event hosted by "Artur Pawlowski, a traveling preacher who’s been arrested in Canada for holding in-person worship services in violation of coronavirus restrictions". In other words, agenda peddlers who in no way speak for 1bn Christians. Again, maybe we all look the same to you heathens. Also, чей Крым?

This should be the easiest question in the world, but you continue to avoid it. Are you with Romney on 2020 elections? Are you condemning Trump-led attempted undemocratic coup?

I mean, the minimum one would expect from a patriotic American is to be on the side of America. Not cheering against US Olympic teams, and certainly not standing with Confederate "heroes". You can't presume this about current GOP politicians; not anymore.

I respect people who stand the ground for their principles.
Romney went against majority of his party for his own reasons, some thought it was score settling as early on Trump and Romney didn't get along others though he betrayed the party and some thought
he had the right to do what he did .
    He dealt with it.

You are not an objective observer. You are repeating lies that you know to be lies. The rest is moot.

You think so but its not so.
I will let the readers to decide for them selves.
Many posting here are not an objective observers.
I'm on the GOP side mostly but there are some areas where I also agree with Dems.
    Case by case.
