Eastern University Online MSW (CSWE, 14-24K)

Eastern University now offers a CSWE-accredited MSW. It's $24K if you don't have a BSW and $14K if you do. It's one of the cheapest programs in the nation. Pretty cool.

That's not bad. I think (most?) other MSW programs require the BSW. And the BSW also needs CSWE accreditation.

 

Not bad at all, 7 week courses does not seem bad and they might accept transfer credits.

 

Most MSW programs I've seen do not require a BSW. They usually have two options:
1. Advanced Standing (2 years) - accredited BSW for entry
2. Traditional (3 years) - no BSW for entry

 

Huh. I wonder if there's a cross-country difference here. In Canada, the Advanced Standing is one year and the traditional is 2 year.
