    I gotta wonder why the tech specialist didn't set it up so that only allowed persons could enter the Zoom. It's not difficult. It's only checking a couple of boxes when setting up the Zoom session. For something sensitive, this is definitely how you should do it.

    Agreed... but that's assuming there was a tech specialist. Apparently in a lot of institutions, instructors are told the basics and expected to do it on their own.

    It says in the quoted part of the article that there was a tech specialist and it was the specialist who noticed the intrusion. So I'm giving them 0 slack on this one.
