Lerner is holding on to the lie that ALL the suits are just targeting illegal votes or uncounted trump votes or switched votes. That is all he has to grasp onto. All of the authorities, Krebs as in charge of that section of the HHS said no widespread election fraud, Republican governors, Republican secretaries of state, even Bill Barr, etc. all say the same thing.

The courts will not disenfranchise hundreds of thousands, let alone millions of voters for no good reason. Trump's lawyers have not presented anything close to a good reason. Trump is just spreading these lies to keep his cult members donating money to him. 170 million dollars so far!!!

    quote from ABC:
Since Election Day, President Donald Trump’s campaign has raised over $170 million through relentlessly pushing baseless allegations that the 2020 election was stolen and rigged, multiple sources confirmed to ABC News. ...
Under the name of "Election Defense Fund," the president's joint fundraising committee with the Republican Party has been raking in millions of dollars since the election, but much of that money, according to the fine print on donations pages, has actually gone to help pay down campaign debt or to fund a new political action committee

    Question?

    Future GOP campaigns?

Excellent question! Only a very small percentage is used for the advertised purpose which is the election fraud fight. The amounts are in the small print. IIRC nothing goes to the election fraud fight unless the donation is over multiple thousands of dollars. Maybe this has changed somewhat though because the newer article I point to below seems to indicate a change in this detail. The money used to mostly go to paying off the Trump campaign debts which I believe is primarily "loans" that Trump made to his campaign and a future slush fund that was created just for this purpose. I'll guess that the loan from Trump has been fully repaid is why that detail changed. Then some to the RNC which Trump still controls. The exact destination or use for the money is not really specified beyond that. So your question is really the primary question that should be asked since, it has not really been answered up to now.

I'm sure there will be plenty of opportunities in the future to throw your money away so no need to move to quickly on that, IMHO.

The state supreme court just rejected it. They said it must first be filed in the lower court. Oh, and that deadline elapsed on Monday.

I'm really starting to feel sorry for these poor folks that are being lead by the nose and jerked around through the fantasies of a pathological liar. It must be getting really exhausting! A sister and a friend are both going through anxiety right now caused by the pandemic. Adding this nonsense on top of it would just make it that much harder. Although come to think of it, the Trump folks are less likely to believe that the pandemic is dangerous so they at least have that going for them.

One pill leads to reality and the other is a fantasy. I'll stay with reality. Thank you.

I'm neither conservative nor progressive, but this may be the most gratuitously reductive caricaturing of those positions I've ever seen. Your hagiographic self-description is entirely devoid of any self-reflection, and your description of those with whom you disagree shows a complete failure to understand other viewpoints.

    Appearances can be misleading.
I see your point but we have a lot to loose.

The caricature of St George slaying the dragon saving princes and the princes instead of thanking him for saving her life is ungrateful, insulting him and calling him all these names.
That's how I see what happened in last 4 years.

This is a horrible, bigoted, and factually incorrect statement.

    Yet they don't secure them.
    While constantly violating the law.
While attacking the economy and starting horrific trade wars and causing tremendous job losses. (The first president in almost 100 years to preside over a net job loss during his term.)
    See above.
    These are meaningless tropes.
Anti-democracy. Anti-freedom. Anti- anything they don't personally like.

    Your cartoon depicts White supremacy.

St. George is a commonly use figure in imagery from white nationalists in England.

The cartoonist who made that has also made anti-Semitic conspiracy cartoons: https://www.adl.org/blog/anti-semitism-used-in-attack-against-national-security-adviser-h-r-mcmaster

But given your unparalleled power of selective blindness, I expect you'll just shamelessly deny that the depiction of puppet master "Rothschilds" with a lizard hand and a yellow triangle cufflink is anti-Semitic.

Indeed he has. What astonished me at first (but I quickly regained consciousness) is that Trump invited the cartoonist to the White House, as a result. (I believe he was later um...disinvited). https://forward.com/fast-forward/427133/anti-semitic-cartoon-white-house-george-soros-trump/
Has the man (Trump) no consideration - even for his own son-in-law?

While I believe that conservative views are reasonable, Trump is not a conservative. Trump is a pathological liar and narcissist. Trump is damaging the conservative party at least as much as he's damaging the country. Hopefully the party will eventually repair itself but I don't think that is going to happen until Trump is no longer leading the Republicans, most likely in a grave or a prison.
