I agree. The only way I could see them picking it up is if SCOTUS thought this mess had gone far enough and they had a 9-0 majority to just lay it all to rest. Their rulings are the "law of the land" after all. I really doubt that will happen though because this court seems more reluctant to appear too political when compared to the 2000 court that ruled on Bush v Gore.

    All types issues happening.

A Congressman from Alabama plans to challenge the Electoral College votes when Congress moves to certify Joe Biden's victory on 6 January.

I don't understand all of this.

A New Jersey postal worker was arrested after he threw away ballots, prosecutors say.
Nicholas Beauchene, 26, of Kearny, N.J., was responsible for delivering the ballots, but willfully discarded them, the office said.

    Probably because it's nonsense.

99 ballots. Let's cancel the election and keep Trump in office!

Executive Order on Imposing Certain Sanctions in the Event of Foreign Interference in a United States Election
Is 2020 elections fall under the national emergency that EO declarers?

    Some speculate that:
Than CNN, NY Times, WP, MSNBC posibly got cought under foreign interference in US elections?
This under EO constitutes unusual and extraordinary threat to the national security

So Dominion a foreign owned Canadian company and Scytl Spanish company. GA is fighting to prevent access to the voting machines.
Sidney Powell is fighting the effort to wipe the machines and possibly to late as the delay in independent by partisan forensic examination most likely allowed the wiping of al the data.
She will be providing documented end to end process flow, and the cash flow.
    etc

I do have sympathy for what you are being put through. Although you do have other options but they are entirely up to you. Watching ABC, NBC, or CBS national news sometimes might help?

Sen. Lindsey Graham, R-S.C., is urging President Donald Trump's legal team to do more to prove its claim of voting fraud. "Doing a video is not proof," Graham says.

They can't prove it because it doesn't exist in meaningful ways.

The Cato Institute (a very conservative "think tank") studied this phenomenon a few years back - they made a big case study out of it, and they only found isolated incidents of "voter fraud" with no evidence of widespread fraud or attempts to "rig" things . To accomplish the level of fraud that they are alleging would require a vast, coordinated effort by voters, poll workers, state and county officials of every political stripe, and especially Republicans, to come together in a consensus to remove Trump from office. And if you had such a consensus, you wouldn't need to rig an election...you'd just vote him out. Cato has continued to publish their own findings that there is no widespread voter fraud in the U.S. (They also claim that there is no active voter suppression as well - refuting claims on the left as well as the right) - but Trump's base are not interested in an academic approach to so-called "conservatism" - in my opinion, most PEOPLE in general are not interested in academic approaches to most issues. We all get tied up in various positions that appeal to us for many different reasons.

Frankly, if it was a rigged election scheme, it's quite possibly the poorest political "coup" scheme one could dream up. Why wouldn't you rig some of the smaller elections? House and Senate seats? They would have resulted in a much bigger power grab. Like all conspiracies, they fall apart after about two levels of examination. The most effective way to "rig" an election is to do it legally and in plain sight. You draw your precinct lines very carefully when re-districting - then the votes come in accordingly.

I basically agree with what you said, except that the Cato Institute is libertarian, not conservative.

No, they're not. If there was fraud on the massive scale necessary to change the outcome of the election, there would be evidence of it by now.

I do like how Powell is encouraging Republican voters in Georgia to sit out the run-off election. Nice touch.

Good catch and an important distinction. In my head I merely remembered them as being "conservative"

The only evidence supporting this assertion is their word. This is what they've been saying for almost a month now yet nothing concrete has yet been presented. Why not? The obvious answer is because there was no widespread fraud and that is what all of the authorities, Republican and Democrat alike, have been saying.

Who should we trust, a team lead by a pathological liar that wants to selfishly keep this nonsense going for personal financial and ego reasons that keep telling the same old tired lies over and over without ever producing any evidence or all the experts?

Trump allies encouraging Georgian Republicans not to vote. The White House liaison to the Justice Department has been banned from the building by the DoJ for hustling election info she wasn't allowed to have access to.

They're beginning to eat each other.

Well, there's what they consider themselves to be and what others consider them to be.

I suppose that's true of anything. But their history and positions more than justify what I said.

While all this is happening, the radical left is planing to eat the centrists who they used as a vehicle, on temporary basis to power.
And while the fighting takes place they will transform and end America as we know.

Cities will be invaded, travel bans will be removed.
Iran will get their way get nukes.
American tradition will be replaced by multicultural.
Jobs will go back to China and India etc. China will own big chunks of America.
I will not be surprised if ISIS will rebuild it self
    Unequal wealth redistribution.
Globalism were global interests of others will decide how Americans should live.
NATO members will again have America fund it all.
    Taxation etc.

I hope I'm wrong, God help us all.
    As a prophet Isaiah prophesied:

    Isaiah 5:20
"Woe unto them that call evil good, and good evil; that put darkness for light, and light for darkness; that put bitter for sweet, and sweet for bitter!"
