Trump needs two hands to pick up a glass of water and shows clear signs of dementia. He won't still have the faculties to run in 2024.

True, Steve. Every word. Wouldn't like to be the fella who gets to tell him this. Any volunteers?

It's far from certain this will be enough to stop him.

And it certainly won't stop his supporters ... from anything.

You folks are so correct that it is scary. If he was serving time in jail for tax fraud would that even stop him from getting the nomination in 2024!

But what if he didn't commit any tax fraud? I mean you had 4 years of so called Russian collusion illusion now you have tax fraud illusion. Well the tax issue is also old.
    Its understood you want "blood".
Remember what was said about Biden only recently, by Democrats?
Both are not that young anymore.
Biden survived two brain aneurysms in the late 1980s — one did not rupture. And while the condition was later complicated by subsequent deep vein thrombosis and pulmonary embolism, Dr states there are currently no serious threats to Biden’s health and medical conditions from his past are currently under control.
Some question if he will be able to complete his term.
I wish him health don't get me wrong. He just turned 78.
This may send a good message for those who discriminate by age.

His legal team appears to have a different opinion, are they inexperienced attorneys?

Unless the legal team is milking for $$$$$, why would they claim such things?
What is the end game so to speak. I don't get it. Why they are destroying their reputations?
    Or are they?

The experienced attorneys, don't they know that the case will be dismissed without the evidence?
Are they deliberately dong this so they can get to a higher court (I speculate)?
I mean this is weird, Rudy G thanks the judge Brann in PA for opportunity to take the case further.

As you suggested, I will read PA judge Brann's opinion.

Yes, they ARE experienced attorneys which is why the various judges keep growling at them. These suits violate the rules of ethics and you may well see some sanctions before long. Arizona's Secretary of State has mentioned asking for attorney fees.

And THAT'S why so many law firms have withdrawn. Pursuing frivolous suits is professionally risky.

The simple answer to all your questions Lerner is that the lawyers are doing these things because they are doing what Donald Trump wants them to do. I doubt that Trump even expects to win in court. He is just doing this to trick folks in his cult into thinking that he is fighting to correct a rigged election. In reality he is simply trying to circumvent the democratic process to stay in power.

They ARE being dismissed due to a lack of evidence. Also a lack of legal theory, as well as asking for absurd forms of relief. Almost every one has been tossed out. Two have not, but they're on inconsequential matters.
No, because an appellate court isn't going to hear new evidence. So a lack of evidence doesn't get you to the next level.
He's got to say something when he gets shellacked, right?

    Form of propaganda.
Also, there are ways to sell reputation for money. Like there are antivaxer "experts" who have quite a following in that twisted world, earning fortune and a form of "fame".

I'm pleased that it is much less likely now that democracy will die in the USA in 2020. I must admit that I was becoming concerned, not because I thought Trump would succeed but I was starting to worry because it would cost us so much. Much more than just another 4 years of President Trump.

The GSA just officially ascertained that Joe Biden is the apparent winner.

Please, no! The price of THAT alone is too much to even contemplate. Whew! Just read your note - GSA ascertains. I wish the word was "certifies." There should soon be an end to it, then. Won't be probably - but it's still a welcome relief in a landscape under multiple sieges. 2020 has sure been a crap year. I want a replacement. No cash, just a year without Trump or COVID-19.

The President says he will fight on but seems not to obstruct the transition in its initial phases at least.
