Nobody called Breonna Taylor. They just killed her. And she wasn't even a targeted subject.

Stone's is hardly a sympathetic situation.

    I'm shocked.
I witnessed a few arrests in my old neighborhood.
    Nothing like this.

You witnessed arrests where they were going in and conducting a search warrant at the same time as executing an arrest warrant? Executing an arrest warrant is much different from an arrest. Why is it out of proportion? You think that this has somehow violated someone's rights or something? You are bothered that they wasted law enforcement man power? What is the actual complaint?

Trump calls on GOP state legislatures to overturn election results: https://www.politico.com/news/2020/11/21/trump-state-legislatures-overturn-election-results-439031

I've spent more than 30 years serving my country, and a great deal of that in uniform defending it. I'm sick of this.

What we're seeing is an attempted takeover by the head of the Coup Clucks Clan. This is immoral, anti-democratic, and un-American. There is simply no way to support him and our country simultaneously. You cannot square that circle. I'm not one little bit interested in convincing anyone of that. You can have it.

A bit of good news, the favorite lawyer of Trump, Rudy Giuliani, has failed in their attempt to disenfranchise all the voters in Pennsylvania and over rule the will of people. the case was thrown out with the judge basically rimming out the Trump campaign for not presenting any evidence and pushing for ridiculous remedies based on nonsensical and unfounded claims. The judge said,

"One might expect that when seeking such a startling outcome, a plaintiff would come formidably armed with compelling legal arguments and factual proof of rampant corruption, such that this Court would have no option but to regrettably grant the proposed injunctive relief despite the impact it would have on such a large group of citizens. That has not happened," Brann added. "Instead, this Court has been presented with strained legal arguments without merit and speculative accusations, unpled in the operative complaint and unsupported by evidence."

Trump's lies and fraud in these attempts to steal this election are hopefully enough to even convince some of the Trump cult members to realize what is going on? (I know it is a hopeless dream.)

    Bill,
Here is what I read from the GOP side and web sites in the news today:
So far hundreds of sworn affidavits, people risking up to 5 years in prison we are told.

    1. A group of Republicans, including Rep. Mike Kelly (R-Pa.) are launching a lawsuit — in the hopes of blocking the certification of Pennsylvania's election results — that claims a state law passed in 2019 allowing for universal mail-in voting is unconstitutional. If that were the case, mail-in ballots would be invalidated, likely swinging the state back to President Trump.

    2. Lin Wood an attorney also filed lawsuit on behalf of voters in GA, this one still active but motion to the 10th circuit court is prepared, and may get to SCOTUS but the law suit still active in GA, for the similar situation as in the state of PA.
"Attorney Lin Wood appeared in federal court on Thursday arguing that Georgia’s election should not be certified and another hand recount should be conducted.
The judge denied that emergency motion just before 6 p.m. on Thursday" According to Lin Wood who appeared on FOX new Judge P show the suit is still active.
Evidence of shredding ballots in GA, is on video, the witnesses indicate that its not the usual materials that shredding company is disposing regularly but real ballots
contradicting Routers and other damage control fact check.

I'm just reporting what I read and heard in the news. It appears that the effort to delay certification to prove fraud in elections is intensifying. Judge P in her opening statement said 72 million who voted for president Trump are quiet for now and waiting for the truth to come out.

This is false. Rudy Colludy may or may not have sworn affidavits, but he's not presenting them where it counts: in court. Until then, it doesn't matter what the person "swore" to; he/she is in no legal jeopardy. And, as I understand it, even if the affidavit is submitted, the court is less likely to pursue perjury on a statement made outside of the court and lacking that court's swearing-in.

The effort, but not the results. Funny how Giuliani admitted that his team isn't alleging fraud. Funny how, 17 days after the election, they still haven't produced a shred of evidence of any widespread fraud or tampering. Funny how they were just chastised by the court in PA for failing to do that.

    Funny, except its not.

Agree that its not funny. I guess time will show if these will fade away or get further.
I don't know if this analogy is any good but so many attempts to score of this was sports game, maybe some will score?
All I go by is information on the web sites and news.
The video alleges that these are not recyclables "No, it's a Pennsylvania application for a mail-in ballot, and they do have people's addresses on the back of them that were never mailed out."
Alleging ballots for Trump are being shredded.

video shows a person entering the back of a truck and picking up one of the "shredded ballots." The man then zooms in on one of the papers, which reads "President Trump wants you to return this form," along with an image of the president.

In other words what you witnessed had absolutely nothing to do with the Roger Stone situation. Thank you for answering that question now. I think the more important questions have to do with why you even brought this up. Why is it out of proportion? You think that this has somehow violated someone's rights or something? You are bothered that they wasted law enforcement man power? Perhaps it might be some deep dark clue into some conspiracy? What is your actual complaint? What was the point supposed to be?

    No complain from me.
It was last night in the news on Fox.
I was surprised and not only me of excessive SHOW of force to arrest non dangerous old man.
Some think it was a message sent to Trump supporters.
With a tip to CNN so it shown all over the country/world.
Leaking to media is not the first time.
There was an exchange between Ted Cruz and Andrew McCabe about what James Comey knew and did in terms of authorizing the disclosure of the Clinton Foundation investigation to the press.

On the social media conservatives say Sidney Powell destroyed Mueller’s case against General Flynn. She with the team will uncover an attempt to subvert our democracy.

Newsmax is feeding you bull. It is a news site with horrible ratings for accuracy. Questionable source is the diplomatic way to put it.

    https://mediabiasfactcheck.com/newsmax/

You referencing Newsmax really explains a lot. (Hint: Rug pulled out from under you again.)

    Here's what it means.

A questionable source exhibits one or more of the following: extreme bias, consistent promotion of propaganda/conspiracies, poor or no sourcing to credible information, a complete lack of transparency and/or is fake news. Fake News is the deliberate attempt to publish hoaxes and/or disinformation for the purpose of profit or influence (Learn More). Sources listed in the Questionable Category may be very untrustworthy and should be fact checked on a per article basis. Please note sources on this list are not considered fake news unless specifically written in the reasoning section for that source.
