His performance was laughable and even the judge couldn't figure him out.

He may have been okay at being a prosecutor back in the day, I wouldn't know. But his work for Trump has shown he's no Antonin Scalia.

It's the picture/image that left media would like to put in peoples mind.

No. It's the picture Rudy Colludy puts in people's minds. The audio from the hearing is available. You don't need the media--"left" or otherwise--to hear it for yourself. It's hilarious.

Putting pressure on election officials to undermine the vote is a crime. The President himself is doing this now with regard to the canvassing board in Wayne County MI. He can't pardon himself for a state law violation.

I am becoming really, deeply angry at these transparent attempts to disenfranchise wide swaths of the electorate just so the incumbent can remain in office. Up until now, I've managed to keep cool and fairly objective about it but I've reached the point where I want to see some criminal prosecutions.

In a few weeks Biden will be certified as a next President and this commotion will go away.
Unless real legitimate prove will be provided of wrong doing with in this short time. Some reputable attorneys claim they have the evidence.
I think the focus now is GA Senate seats.
Abrams calls for early voting have it done by the new years.
Immediately suspicions arise among non Democrats. Are they urging people to relocate temporary to GA and vote there?
New York Times columnist Thomas L. Friedman told CNN on Monday night:
"I hope everybody moves to Georgia, you know, in the next month or two, registers to vote and votes for these two Democratic senators,"

Isn't moving to Georgia for a short time just to vote is against the state law?
One has to continue to reside in GA for some time, not clear how long do.

Gov. Brian Kemp declined this week to get behind his fellow Republicans' push for a special session to tighten voting rules ahead of the runoff elections, the Atlanta Journal-Constitution reported.

The crimes have already been committed. I want these people charged.

People who widely cheated on this election.
Should they be charged for committing crimes?
There are sworn affidavits of witnesses, winch is a evidence.
Dem's can cross examine the witnesses but at the minimum they should be heard in the court.

I think Ruddy is making good points that needs to be checked.
People who were wronged should have their day in court and be heard despite of left media censorship.

They have some 3 or 4 lawsuits and running out of time.
But if there is credible evidence of wide spread fraud and irregularities they should be presented in the court.
Is some of the evidence is coming from whistleblowers employees of Dominion Voting systems with materials such as software etc (Speculation based on some texts from a friend),.
In anyway I watched the whole news conference on Fox.

The problem is that it is a direct attack on our democracy. It is very concerning to me that over the past 4 years it has been proven over and over again that the protections I thought we had against a dictator taking over our country have fallen like dominoes. There are many laws being broken every day in this administration. The problem is that they are laws without any criminal penalty and so are completely ignored.

@nosborne48 Counselor - as the kids said to Shoeless Joe Jackson, "Tell us it ain't so." I'm hoping what Trump an' them have done is punishable. Beheading would be nice, but I'd settle for a fine in the mid-10 figures and long incarceration - in general pop. Wouldn't take long...

Are we talking about Logan act?
Some paid dearly and were destroyed for violating it.
    Some are under different standard.

Sen. Ted Cruz asked former FBI director Andrew McCabe about a statement from Biden advisor Ben Rhodes that Biden is currently speaking with world leaders.

"He is talking with foreign leaders and it doesn't violate the Logan Act, because the Logan Act is unconstitutional, which is why it's never been used to prosecute anyone.
You authorized using it to go after General Flynn as part of a political persecution," Cruz said. "I can give you the answer, hell no, Joe Biden is not violating the Logan Act. The reason you won't say it, is because that was your flimsy political basis to go after a decorated war hero because you disagreed politically with President Trump."

Hunh? I am not worried about the Logan Act, whatever that might be. I'm talking about Republicans in public office applying pressure on state and local election officials to convince them to disenfranchise voters.

    Lerner's talking about this: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Logan_Act

And he's not wrong, to be honest. If it was wrong for Flynn then, it's logical to argue that it's wrong for Biden now.

More than a dozen lawsuits and they haven't produced any yet. They've DENIED they're trying to do that in a few cases, however.
