Not according to the people who investigate Dominion Voting Systems.
Seems like a lot of erasing and hiding of evidence is claimed.
I don't have any first hand info beyond the interview with Sidney Katherine Powell.

    All this irregularities are suspicious.

US Federal Election Commission Chairman Says 2020 US Election Is Illegitimate Due To Widespread Fraud
    November 13, 2020
Chairman of the US Federal Election Commission Trey Trainor believes voter fraud is taking place in states still counting ballots and that the 2020 US Presidential Elections is illegitimate.
During a Friday appearance on Newsmax TV’s “National Report,” Trainor said locations not granting observers access to watch the ballot counting process could be involved in voter fraud.

Former federal prosecutor Sidney Powell accused a leading voting machine firm of stealing votes from President Trump. Powell, the lead attorney for retired Lt. Gen. Michael Flynn, who is helping Trump's legal effort in the 2020 election, said on Sunday that people with links to top Democrats are using Dominion Voting Systems to commit 'fraud' on elections. She did not present any evidence to support her claims.

Lerner is making up his own facts again. 'Nuff said. Biden is the president-elect and Trump lost. So sad.

Fox News is competing with Newsmax and OANN for viewers. So they get a wacko on that claims the votes are rigged going back to 2016.

Here's my summary. When asked for proof she says that the evidence is coming in at fire hose speeds. It is so overwhelming they can hardly process it all! Unfortunately she can't voice any evidence on TV. When confronted with the fact that time is running out the election will be certified in weeks that it is time to make the evidence known she says she can't go into it on TV. But it is overwhelming and people all over the country are going to jail for this!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! OMFG Biden should concede the election now!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm starring here news from the Trump camp.
This time from one of the attorneys.
I know you don't like it.
but I'm not making it up.

I actually think Sidney Powell is making some good points.
Time will show. They are not discoing all the cards yet.

Regarding Maher, I think he was right about how we communicate to Trump followers. I think a lot of them are looking for leadership--especially after having none from the president in the past four years. There are many issues that, properly framed, would be popular with them.

Take "defund the police." That was a stupid way to put the point Democrats were trying to make, which was to emphasize other ways to serve the community instead of expecting the police to do everything. But "defund the police" was a softball to the opposition--worse than "deplorables."

No improvement in messaging can change the white supremacist element of the Republican Party. But there are so many other things that a lot of Trump voters would appreciate if it was presented to them in an inclusive way. Universal education, universal health care, jobs, jobs, and jobs. Like that.

Well I saw Bernie Sanders speaking on this issue, he explained that this was not a right communication but at the time it catered to the MLB and others groups.
Now he is explaining that what is meant is money to be allocated for better training and rule changing etc.

    I agree completely!

Yesterday I saw one of those news entertainment shows where the person being interviewed was asked the softball question. "So the slogan Defund the Police was apparently a big reason that Democrats did so poorly in 2020 compared to 2018. Do you have a comment on that?"

The "idiot" responded. I disagree completely. Defund the Police is a good blah blah blah blah.

This. Sensible policy, clothed in immature posing.
The whole approach of the progressive crowd to things like policing and armed forces is OK for a radical but disastrous for a major party. One can talk all day about how "the police" is part of the "system of oppression". But for most people, it is a public servic, and if you are to govern you'd have to lead it, too. They accuse police of having the right-wing culture, and it appears to have some truth to it: but what do they expect? If the left won't police, someone will have to - and that'll be the other side, by default. Earning good amount of civilian goodwill, in the process. While Progressives are bashing the few Dem leaders who did try to work in the system ("cop Kamala" is the latest). Unwise.

The problem with Harris wasn't that she was a prosecutor, it's how she behaved while she was a prosecutor.

That's a more reasonable position, yes, although I still disagree (no need to rehash here).

But this is not a topic about real or supposed problems with Kamala. Topic is problems with Democrats. And I contend that the situation where the word "cop" is a smear is a problem for Democrats (as far as taking power and being in position to institute reform is concerned), and not so hot for the country as a whole.

Agreed, I think that there is an element of the party, mostly black probably, that found some satisfaction in the "Defund the Police" slogan. They liked it in part because they thought it made the police mad or at least they hoped. I had a neighbor for 30 years. He was black. We lived in a well to do middle class suburban neighborhood. In those 30 years I never got stopped once in that neighborhood. He would get stopped by the police 6 times a year or so at least in the neighborhood. He usually drove much nicer vehicles than me. We haven't been neighbors for years now but, I can sympathize with those folks being harassed by the police all of the time. Still Defund the Police is a very negative and misleading slogan. I hope that we don't see it in the future. They need to come up with a positive message to replace it.

They need to find a way to transform law enforcement. I don't think it is possible while assuming that "the police" is enemy, no matter how tempting this is from perspective of black experience. It may very well be that an old-timer like Joe Biden is precisely the man for the job.
Also, like Rich noted, "defund the police" makes it easier for GOP advertising consultants to make the attack ads. Stop it; these guys are well-financed; make them at least work for it.

And just to make it clear: whatever is "wrong with the Democratic party" is nothing compared to "what's wrong with the Republican party".

Sidney Powell and Lin Wood — their work, their life’s work hasn’t been refuted. Their life’s work has not been challenged, they haven’t been publicly threatened.
I have no reason not to believe them. I have every reason to believe them. If it turns out that they’re making all this up, it’s over for them.
    Why put reputation on line?
There’s nothing in either person’s life’s work or track record that would indicate that they will try to invent evidence etc.

This is the deal that Rudy Giuliani is also associated with, I assume? There's plenty of news articles indicating that the Dominion software thing is nonsense. What is most convincing to me is that time is running out and they haven't even filed a case yet. Although Trump has filed something like over 30 cases and 29 have already been thrown out, something like that anyway. Why are they waiting to file this big case? The obvious answer is that Trump fans just LOVE being lied to. Newsmax and OANN are satisfying that itch to hear a lie better than Fox and so a lot of folks are switching from Fox.

Here's an extremely ironic article that I would find hilarious if it wasn't so sad and frightening.

He summarized nicely what people are saying on the "liberal left" (i.e. in contrast to the "illiberal left"; the neo-marxist-defund the police idiots).

IMO, the far left is a greater threat to civil society than the far right... at this time.

Joseph Rosenbaum, Anthony Huber, and Gaige Grosskreutz might beg to differ. Well, one of them anyway. The other two can't.

This is what a caller to a conservative radio talk show said today about the elections.
“Hey, if we’re gonna behave like a banana republic, let’s go all the way. Let’s just find a way to get Joe Biden 100% of the vote.
Think of it. What a way to start out relationships with Venezuela, with the ChiComs, with Putin and the Castros (what’s left of ’em) down in Cuba.” What a grand idea!"

    Now back to our issue.
The two attorneys mentioned earlier have good reputation.
Not easily dismissed. I don't know them personally but so far googling and reading some reviews.
I know Ruddy is being harassed now and media mob attacking him from all the angles.
So they are in for rough deal.
