Trump supporters like me are concerned by Biden's win. But there's still some hope.

Lerner, just curious, when Trump declared himself the winner last Thursday (I think it was Thursday?) you didn't believe that to be true did you? Then the next day he "hereby proclaimed" himself the winner of Pennsylvania etc. Did you believe that?

Yes I did believe that, but was against such proclamations ahead of time before all the legal votes got counted. On Wednesday chances still existed in 4 states.
The concern about fraud related to mail in ballots was major discussions and proclamations since Aug 2020.

    Thank you for your thoughts.

Any comments on the fact that after Fox News and company called the election for Biden on Saturday and then Biden gave his victory speech, Trump's response was "We all know why Joe Biden is rushing to falsely pose as the winner, and why his media allies are trying so hard to help him: they don't want the truth to be exposed."

Yes, Fox News, that long-time ally of Joe Biden.

Is it any surprise that people who don't believe climate change is real or that pandemics are real would similarly not not believe that election results are real?

Too many people believe only what they want to believe. If there is any emotion invested in the decision as to what is true or untrue then it is even more problematic. Trump takes full advantage of this by painting a complete set of self supporting lies then he repeats them over and over and over and over and over. Like his lie that mail-in ballots are corrupt. He's been telling that lie for months and Lerner even explicitly stated that "we've been hearing about how unreliable mail-in ballots are for months."

A lack of evidence fuels their perspectives. Ironically, evidence fuels them even more (especially when it contradicts them).

I always thought that people believe that there are cycles and climate is changing.
I think the debate is how match of the climate change is caused by humans?
Many scientists claim that today's warming is primarily caused by humans putting too much carbon in the atmosphere.
Probability that more than half of modern warming was due to humans. many scientists argue its more like 95%.
Skeptics argue that some warming is consistent with millennial cycles, something is triggering the current change. According to the nonprofit Environmental Defense, some possible (natural) explanations include increased output from the sun, increased absorption of the sun’s heat due to a change in the Earth’s reflectivity, or a change in the internal climate system that transfers heat to the atmosphere.
Scientists don't support the above skeptics (who are not scientists.)

The issue also political, as some countries would use the environment to hurt their rivals economy. To force factory closing etc.

The real issue is: whatever will happen to that visa-mill accrediting agency Betsy DeVos saved?

Hopefully, the exact same thing that Betsy DeVos saved it from...

It's worth noting that in none of the court cases brought forth by the Trump campaign, are there any allegations of voter fraud or a fraudulent process. All of them so far have been for very minor procedural issues that are unlikely to amount to any statistical difference, even if they were to succeed. Believe it was in Philly, where the judge even had the lawyers go on record with the court that they were not making any allegations of fraud and to acknowledge that their campaign personnel were present during the entire count.

It is absolutely amazing at times how what is said on social media by his campaign... can be so drastically different from what is said in court by his campaign, when his lawyers know they will be disbarred if they bring unsubstantiated allegations or lies to the court.

From what I heard , in Nevada there is a major irregularity.
Some 200,000 votes so far had no manual signature verification, the law in NV is to manually validate after the 200 DPI machines scan or record the signatures electronically.
The suspicion that there is much more than that. So far its what was published.
This can go for eider candidate.

Not disagreeing that somethings, such as procedural issues, shouldn't be looked into. Certainly do not see any evidence of malicious fraud though, and believe it is beyond egregious for any elected official or campaign associate to even elude to such without evidence. Realistically, while I acknowledge there may have been procedural issues to correct, there are none that I have heard of that would have been decisive enough to ultimately sway the presidential election. Worth noting though, that I would honestly consider it normal for minor procedural issues to occur with ever election or any large scale organizational operation, particularly one that infrequently occurs and relies on an army of volunteers. Shrugs, I'm just a disenfranchised former moderate Republican, who can't understand either party these days.

Nothing wrong with that. You can join me in the delicious, creamy center. We are everything and we are nothing- amorphous quanta of potential energy woven seamlessly into the fabric of unobserved cosmic dimensions.

Nice one, Maniac. You sound like one of the best science-fiction writers of all time. I'll confess- it was so good I was trying to nail you for plagiarism - and I couldn't. At least, not for the whole thing, verbatim. But some of the phrases led me to Google the most interesting sites I've seen in a long time. A memorable journey in Cyberspace. Masterful job! :)

And if this is the case and I hope it is, than no elections were stolen, President Elect Biden will take the office.

But if the irregularities did had major effects on outcome especially were one candidate leads by a few thousand votes, then the numbers will be adjusted and maybe a state will be flipped.
So we can see instead of 306 electorate votes for Biden maybe 290 or some thing like that.
Its hard to believe that the # will fall below 270 and multiple states flip.
But AZ, PA, NV, GA and possibly MI are being watched and challenged over the results.
