Just got an email from HES, they are making all 'on campus' requirements as 'online live web conference' for the 20/21 academic year. That means it's possible to complete a HES degree fully online if you finish all 16 'on campus' credits by this academic year.

    From the email.

Yes, one does indeed - particularly if one is the academia-savvy Steve Foerster. :) Plus, it's the only choice with a campus.
For your entertainment, here are about 20 possibilities. And yes, Harvard Extension School is the only one that seems likely. Though not the only interesting choice. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/HES

One cannot be assured the on-campus requirement will continue to be waived. It would be wise to anticipate the residency requirement's return during one's enrollment--assuming one enrolled now.

The master's degree is an ALM--Master of Liberal Arts in Extension Studies. There are 20 different fields of study available, but they are not "majors." Graduates receive a degree from Harvard, not HES, and walk with other graduates at commencement. One cannot already possess--or be near the completion of--a similar master's. So, for example, someone wanting to pursue the emphasis in Organizational Behavior cannot do so if that person already holds, say, an MBA.

Wow really? I thought it only applies to undergraduate degree. HES does not admit someone to its ALB degree if an individual already has a Bachelor's degree.

The web page is pretty clear on this. Having a master's alone doesn't exclude pursuing theirs, just if your master's is in a field related to the HES one you want.
