Interesting... they don't tell you much about tuition fee though.
I'm glad to see online master's from Harvard, not from their extension school.
I hope this degree won't say 'Harvard Online' just like their online certificates.

So it seems this will be a one-time thing due to the situation. It does not seem this will be a long-term degree program although it would be great if they chose to keep it permanently.

lol $51k is not in my budget.
$20k is good enough to get both Bachelor's and Master's from good schools these days...

It depends on ones goals. $20K may be good enough for YOU to get both a BS and MS. Your definition of good school and mine could be 2 different things too...

Have you ever seen anybody attend a prestigious school just for the name and reputation, which the major has nothing to do with their job or future career? My best friend attended Columbia University's General Studies School for a second Bachelor in Political Science after earned an online Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Pennsylvania State University. He never mentioned he has a Bachelor's degree from Penn State. His goal was to become an Investment Banking career. He did internships with Goldman Sachs, IBM, Pfizer; and he landed a position with Deutsche Bank. I asked him why did he go to Columbia for Political Science, he said he just went there for the name and its reputation.

No, I do not plan to go to Harvard University's EdM program for a Fortune 500 Executive career. I am just curious! :D

When I was 18, school's reputation was a deciding factor. I regret my major choice. That was a terrible mistake. Later on, I realized any 'computer science' degree from top 300 schools will greatly improve my career. i.e. I could go to Florida International University and save lots of money.
