I believe it will be delivered by a university, I don't found any information about what uni will reward the bachelor.

    Stage 2: Delivered by university
    Compulsory modules:
    ⇾ Research Project
    ⇾ Computing Technologies in Society

University of Hertfordshire has online computer science bachelor for 6k British pounds in 1 year:

    https://www.herts.ac.uk/courses/bsc-hons-computer-science-top-up-online

So, level 5 diploma (6 months mode, 1k British pounds) -> top up computer science degree (1 year full time, 5-6k British pounds) could be the cheapest and the fastest way to get a computer science degree from at least a known university in UK.

4k pounds still sounds great.. but not sure if I can finish it any faster than 2 years. 1 year would be much better.

    Hello!

Well, if I were you, I would

    1) first check with the university if they are going to accept the diploma. This just can't be emphasized too much. It *should* be ok, but what if not?
    2) Have a look here: https://www.reed.co.uk/courses/level-5-diploma-in-information-technology-approved-qualification/246704

    Hi, Mac Juli!
I searched the website thoroughly and I found no diploma course in Statistics or Mathematics.
Maybe if you know, please let me know. I also open to PGCert or PGDip.

    Hello!

As far as I know, there are no such Level 5 courses as, for example, business and IT. Guess there is a huge market for business and IT courses, but not so much for Statistics and Mathematics. -
But hey, I will have a look and let you know.

    Best regards,

London School of Planning and Managing offers Level 5 IT diplomas:

    120 credits, 6 months, 1200 pounds:
    https://www.lspm.org.uk/course-details.aspx?CourseTitle=Level+5+Diploma+in+Information+Technology&subject=Computing&Award=Diploma

    240 credits, 6 months, 1200 pounds:
    https://www.lspm.org.uk/course-details.aspx?CourseTitle=Level+5+Advance+Diploma+in+Computing+and+Information+Technology&subject=Computing&Award=Diploma

So the 'advanced' level 5 diploma comes with 240 credits instead of 120 but its price is the same!

Advance Diploma in Information Technology (Level 4 & Level 5) (240 credits)

I've realized you have to get both level 4 and 5 diplomas for top-up degrees.

So you have to do both level 4 and 5 at the same time.. or get the 'advanced diploma' which comes with 240 credits.

and the school confirmed that these diploma programs are assignment-based.. you can finish it faster than 6 months if you're already skilled in IT.

You have to get either one of these:

London School of International Business - Level 5 Advance Diploma in Computing and Information Technology (6 months, 240 credits, GBP £1299)

    https://global.lsib.co.uk/course-details.aspx?CourseTitle=Level+5+Advance+Diploma+in+Computing+and+Information+Technology&subject=Computing&Award=Diploma

London School of Planning and Managing - Level 5 Advance Diploma in Computing and Information Technology (6 months, 240 credits, GBP £1299)

...in another thread, it has been pointed out that both run on the same server. According to endole UK, they are run by the same people. Strange marketing, but I do not think that makes them more or less legit. See here, too: https://www.degreeinfo.com/index.php?threads/london-school-of-international-business.56495

    Hello!

After checking and rethinking, I think you do not think you would make a mistake if you would check edX, Coursera and futurelearn.
BTW, did you consider Open University UK yet? If not, you might want to have a look here: http://www.openuniversity.edu/courses/search-results/mathematics-and-statistics. I did several modules in the 2010s there (among others M248 and M249) and can warmly recommend them.

Thanks but Open University courses are not available in Canada:
"This course is not available to students resident in Canada."

Learnuni - Level 5 Advanced IT diploma (6 months, 240 credits)
    https://www.learnuni.com/course.aspx?CourseTitle=Level+5+Advance+Diploma+in+Computing+and+Information+Technology

I'll ask universities if they will accept this!

Here's a summary based on my research so far:

    1. Get 240 credit level 5 advance diploma in IT and computing for 1,200 GBP:
    https://www.lspm.org.uk/course-details.aspx?CourseTitle=Level+5+Advance+Diploma+in+Computing+and+Information+Technology&subject=Computing&Award=Diploma

Its description says it will take 6 months but their admission agent confirmed that if you have prior knowledge and skills it can be finished much faster than that.
He said it could be finished in just 4 months.

    2. Use that diploma to enroll into Middlesex University's online BSc in Information Systems top up degree program (5,500 GBP):
    https://www.mdx.ac.uk/courses/undergraduate/information-systems-top-up#

This program takes only 1 year of full time study.

    Total price: 6,700 GBP.
    Duration: 1 year, 5 months

Hi, I just see your message. I know it, just don't like the name 'Open' embedded on it, because I already have one Open :D
