ACICS and Reagan International University

Say whatever you want about the people / agencies who "accredited" this outfit. They can wait. What about those who created and ran it?

My take: this "university" had antecedents in SD going back at least four years. Have any illegalities been committed? If so, where are the authorities on this?

Yeah, right. In the wind, just like some high-ranking Axactians (as they call themselves) who do not hide at all. They lead very successful lives - some in the US, where they discharge their Axact responsibilities on the side. Like the late Osama Bin Laden, the Reagan International folks are hiding in plain sight. In this South Dakota affair, if anyone is tracking suspects, they're probably searching diligently for Harold Harris and Xianhua Fan. I believe that neither of these individuals exists.

"In the wind?" My tailfeathers! I guess law enforcement is just too busy for this - with a thing called crime.

 

Maybe our CJ friends could chime in here but one of the problems is the question of jurisdiction. Where was the crime committed. Who investigates? Who prosecutes? The FBI? Maybe you could send a letter to Donald Trump and tell him that you don't think the FBI is doing their job properly.

 

Well, I hear the FBI coaxed someone really good out of retirement - Special Agent Allen Ezell, Dr. John Bear's co-author and famed buster of degree-scams. As far as I know, he's been working on the Axact case and its many ramifications. Maybe they could get him to take a side-trip to Sioux City - or send in a team of Navy Seals if he's not available!

 

Wow - this piece has SO many villains. ACICS, DeVos, Trump ... everybody seems to forget about the people who drove around SD, establishing a handful of bogus "universities," with Lord knows what nefarious purpose in mind - e.g. multiple visa mills. Looks like I'll have to do it myself. First I'll clean my trusty flintlock - and where are my damn bifocals? Sioux City, here we come!

Clearly any person who authorized this should be held accountable, any auditor who approved it, and who ever approved the auditor!
