Judging from what I found at the embedded link (the words "Business Analyst training in Chicago" are a link), they really need to hire somebody who speaks English as their first language.

The website isn't very informative. I'm still unclear what the name and address of their business is, precisely what they are selling (educational services obviously, but individual classes or programs?), or anything else about it (Is it DL? Who are these people and what is their background?).

This is one of their FAQ questions and answers:
