Related matters appear to refer to the academic authenticity of Tsai Ing-Wen's Ph.D. thesis, awarded by the LSE in 1983.

Maybe I don't have a good enough grasp of the original allegation but after 2 minutes of reading I couldn't turn that into something understandable. I'd be happier if our new friend afck would help me understand what's inside that link.

I bet that the exact same education would be totally impeccable if it was boasted by one of the communist dictators in Beijing.

If anyone uses someone else’s idea or work, without citing the source, It's plagiarizing. This is illegal.
The following are the results of plagiarism detection for some content of Tsai Ing-wen's thesis digital version of her personal copy to the LSE Theses Online.

I know it's hard to imagine but because all those links lead to Chinese text, I'm having just a little trouble with them. But there's this

    https://www.taiwannews.com.tw/en/news/3798873

    and then there's this

    https://www.taiwannews.com.tw/en/news/3773795

and now our new friend is making charges of plagiarism. I don't know . . . if you're the President you throw in a few quotation marks, a few footnotes and then you move on. I'm guess that this goes nowhere, even if it's true.

It is hard to conclude that Ing-wen Tsai’s Ph.D. degree is fake or not at this moment. But the people questioning her degree have pieces of evidence that will stand. She appears to be the only Ph.D. graduate that year, who did not submit her Ph.D. dissertation. She falsely claimed as a doctor before she graduated. Her “Ph.D. dissertation” submitted to LSE in 2019 does not have the committee member's approval page. The dissertation does not formatted like a dissertation. She requested that no one should be allowed to copy or even cite contents in her “Ph.D. thesis”. Her “Ph.D. advisor” (Mr. Michael Elliott) was about 30-year-old and did not have a doctoral degree, which was quite uncommon in the 1980s. She was transferred to the Ph.D. program about the time Mr. Elliott left LSE. She defended her dissertation not long after she was transferred to a Ph.D. program and after her advisor left. The list goes on and on. I do think the situation is quite abnormal after checking the facts.

I wonder whether being part of the regime's web brigades pays well?

Your regime in Beijing is pretty desperate if some guy with a conspiracy theory is the best you can do.

No one here believes this, and none of us lives under a regime where we have to pretend that official lies are truth.

I found out that Tsai Ing-Wen's PH.D. thesis appeared to copy the academic paper Dr. Jorgen Ulff-Moller Nielsen published in January 2006, and here's the evidence of plagiarism.
Tsai Ing-Wen is using a work that Dr.Jørgen Ulff-Møller Nielsen owns the copyright of the name of the work involved is "<<Dumping and Injury Margins in a Reciprocal Dumping Model with Horizontal as Well as Vertical Product Differentiation>>."
It appears on the site operated by LSE Theses Online at << http://etheses.lse.ac.uk/id/eprint/3976 >>. Dr.Jørgen Ulff-Møller Nielsen has reserved all rights to this work, which was first published on << https://www.researchgate.net/publication/252351727_Dumping_and_Injury_Margins_in_a_Reciprocal_Dumping_Model_with_Horizontal_as_Well_as_Vertical_Product_Differentiation >> in << ResearchGate · Article (PDF Available) · January 2006 >>.
It turned out verbatim plagiarism of 18-word on page 239 of Tsai Ing-Wen's thesis. No footnote or reference acknowledged Dr.Jørgen Ulff-Møller Nielsen's work and confused as to whom the original author of the work is.

That isn't plagiarism. That's what dumping is. Even if you rephrase it, the definition is the same. And, in fact, rephrasing something but not changing the original intent could still be plagiarism. Except here, because this is just a definition of an accepted industry term. Googling this phrase exactly brings up multiple instances of it occurring in other places as well.

Or have you dropped your narrative of the London School of Economics colluding to commit fraud?

I get that you have a job to do and all but you're not really convincing us of anything other than the fact that Xi Jinping is a coward. Go ahead and put that in your report of weekly results.
