holes at the top of DoD as tensions escalate with Iran https://www.washingtonpost.com/opinions/2019/06/18/another-yes-man-bites-dust/?noredirect=on&utm_term=.437b921e154c
Meanwhile Nancy Pelosi responded, "John Bolton's sudden departure is a symbol of the disarray that has unnerved our allies since day one of the Trump Administration. Steady leadership & strategic foreign policy is key to ensuring America’s national security." Seriously? John Bolton is her idea of steady leadership and strategic foreign policy? Because otherwise she should agree with the decision to get rid of him, Democrats can't have it both ways.
Another interpretation is that she was talking about the president and his search for a now-fourth National Security Advisor, not about John Bolton.
I think she's talking about stability and continuity. If Bolton were that bad, he shouldn't have been hired in the first place.
That is the direct interpretation. Presuming that Pelosi liked Bolton is a baseless conjecture, not supported by Reason.
