    Yes, I knew that Africans were complicit in slavery. But you are justifying. I am merely stating that at a point in time the constitution did not acknowledge some people as humans, and it is a living document, hence amendments. There are many persons such as Emmanuel Kant, to whom I admired for his ethical writing, but who were racist because of the time. The corollary, there were white European like Wilberforce who fought against racism. There are not too many civilized people remaining who are still justifying slavery.

    Since these were "Holder and Lynch years", the more proper moniker would be "an agency of the Executive Branch". A situation you seem to want to push further when your preferred party is in power. But what's a little hypocrisy when the heart is pure, right?

    Correction: Willliam Wilberforce fought tirelessly against slavery - he was white.
    In the USA, there many many white abolitionists. So Meagain, stop playing games. You make being on the right very difficult for people like me who are somewhat pragmatic conservative - some of us may even be republican in the strict definition of the word. The things that you push here are absurd. You see a communist under every bush, you celebrate political firing, you justify slavery, you think every immigrant rips the system off. Those are not conservative principles, they are the Oxford definition of fascism (intolerant extreme right wing) - check it out - the exact opposite on the extreme to Antifa (extreme left wing). You will not school me on these matters.

    Phdtobe, those are your opinions, yes indeed, but it doesn't mean you are correct. Only you can school yourself.

    What i have written are facts. Your writing is there for all to read. The definition of a facist is verifiable .

    Plus, You also missed that your writing is intolerant extreme right wing, couple with all the stuff you have written. This is how the definition of facism best covered your writing. Check it out. Your writing is the exact extreme opposite of Antifa, an extreme left wing group , your writing is extreme right wing - not conservative principles. I know a little about conservatism as a once card carrying member.

    Phdtobe, please look at where fascism falls in the political-ideological spectrum:

    <-----left-----<
    Totalitarian Rulers
    Fascism and Communism
    Cradle to grave government intervention
    <-----left-----<

    <---<
    Centeric Fallacy
    Idyllic centrists are forcibly dragged to the left. Eventually

    <---<
    >------right------>
    Freedom!!!
    Elected Representative Governments!!!
    The United States Constitution!!!
    Independence and entrepreneurship!!!
    >------right------>

    Meagain, maybe Europe is a bit too far for you so I will give you two examples closer to home, both were dictators:

    Chile - Augusto Pinochet- right-wing – fascist

    Ecuador – Daniel Artego – left wing - Stalinist/Leninist (during the Sandinista era)
    One had your support, the other didn't

    Phdtobe, it's a left-wing fallacy to suggest that Augusto Pinochet is on the right. Pinochet is a totalitarian dictator who is on the far left. Here is the long-term propaganda that communists want you to believe (in green):

    <----< LEFT <-----<
    Totalitarian Communists on Left

    >-----> RIGHT >----->
    Totalitarian Fascist on Right
    >-----> CENTRISTS <-----<
    Socialism is only intelligent Alternative [sic].

    The leftists fallacy presents socialism as the only realistic alternative. It's disinformation because, in fact, both fascists and communists are leftists. Those who love freedom and love elected forms of governance are on the right e.g. of the people, by the people and for the people. Here is the reality:

    <-----left-----<
    Totalitarian Rulers
    Fascism and Communism
    Cradle to grave government intervention
    <-----left-----<

    <---<
    Centeric Fallacy
    Idyllic centrists are forcibly dragged to the left. Eventually

    <---<
    >------right------>
    Freedom!!!
    Elected Representative Governments!!!
    The United States Constitution!!!
    Independence and entrepreneurship!!!

    Let me get this straight. You seriously believe that Augusto Pinochet, who overthrew noted socialist Salvador Allende, then as dictator killed tariffs, banned unions, and privatized social security such that he was praised by Milton Friedman... you believe this person was on the far left. Is that correct?

    SteveFoerster, if you're suggesting that a dictator is on the far left, then you are correct. And if one dictator kills another dictator, then they are both still on the left. The left is tyrannical, dictatorial and communistic. Freedom and elected forms of representative governance is on the far right.

    Strange coincidence. Pinochet was, for a while, an unwelcome guest at Grovelands Priory, in a beautiful house built before 1800, in a park in North London, where I played as a child. In recent years, I've referred to the house as "Lord Conrad Black's summer cottage" - which it isn't, of course. Grovelands House is now Grovelands Priory Hospital - I believe it is specifically for mental patients. Here's a pic of the house, which is not far from a beautiful man-made lake. The lake and the house are amazing examples of what people with "real" money could buy for their pleasure, in the 1790s. I have very fond memories of the playground here - and rowboat-rides with my parents on the lake, from about 1946 (when I was 3) till the early 1950s.

    Much more on Grovelands Park here. Still as beautiful as I remember from almost 70 years ago. Even today, about one-third of this borough - London's northernmost - is green space.

    Are you playing us? Your last sentence is a rouse to cover your intolerant right wing writing. Most of us love freedom and elected government that does not make us far right.

    Just in case you don’t what is meant by far-right here is an extract from Wikipedia. I know that you are into theology. However, you should some reading in economics and politics because you are getting confused and a few of the basics.

    Far-right politics are politics further on the right of the left-right spectrum than the standard political right, particularly in terms of more extreme nationalist,[1][2] and nativist ideologies, as well as authoritarian tendencies.[3]

    The term is often associated with Nazism,[4] neo-Nazism, fascism, neo-fascism and other ideologies or organizations that feature extreme nationalist, chauvinist, xenophobic, racist or reactionary views.[5] These can lead to oppression and violence against groups of people based on their supposed inferiority, or their perceived threat to the native ethnic group,[6][7] nation, state[8] or ultraconservative traditionalsocial institutions.[9]

    Interestingly, after the fall of communism in Nicaragua, Daniel Ortega won the president in supposedly free and fair election after being banned in the first few democratic elections.

    In the Chile, There was a guerrilla group supported by the USSR trying to overthrow Pinochet, Farc I think

    Meagain if you were aound in the 80s you will remember the Iran-Contras issue. Contras were the right-wing guerrlla trying to overtrow Ortega.

    Latin America and Africa were where the two super powers fought their proxy wars.

    Phdtobe, the propaganda is a lie and it only gives you three choices (in red below). Please select your choice, based on the following:

    <----< LEFT <-----<
    Totalitarian Communists
    Will you choose the left?

    >-----> RIGHT >----->
    Totalitarian Fascist
    Will you choose the right?
    >-----> CENTRISTS <-----<
    Intelligentsia Socialists
    Socialism is the only intelligent choice [sic].

    • Phdtobe, if you take the red pill (above), then what is your choice?
    • Here is the real schemata (in blue):

    <-----left-----<
    Totalitarian Rulers
    Fascism and Communism
    Cradle to grave government intervention
    <-----left-----<

    <---<
    Centeric Fallacy
    Idyllic centrists are forcibly dragged to the left. Eventually
    <---<
    >------right------>
    Freedom!!!
    Elected Representative Governments!!!
    The United States Constitution!!!
    Independence and entrepreneurship!!!
