    And this should be red.

I love the improvements. By the way, I tried to login from a fairly secure network and degreeinfo was flagged. The network could have been overly cautious but the warning was disconcerting.

If you can reproduce the problem, please let us know where the warning was coming from (most networks use a third-party solution to verify legitimacy). If this just happened within the last 24-48 hours, we've been switching servers, nameservers, and our cloud-based caching around, which could possibly have caused the issue. But I'd like to run it down and make sure if we need to contact somebody to get us off their "warning" list.

Luck of the draw... Our engineer happened to be online working on some other things. But glad to help in any case.

Are we allowed to post about glitches we find? As I type, whenever I make an error that results in the standard "red underline" indicator, I can't backspace inside the word to make the change. It bumps my cursor to the front of the error and it acts like I have the "insert" key locked- but I don't. I have to select/delete a word to make even a 1 letter correction. Minor annoyance, but just letting you know.

P.S. My spellchecker that I run in the background all the time is called Grammarly. It interacts with Facebook in a strange way too, so it might not be that interaction between the programs - or whatever computer word means an interaction that makes computers do crazy glitchy things. ;)

It seems that is a problem of Grammarly, and you are not the only one who has that problem: https://xenforo.com/community/threads/xenforo-and-grammarly-dont-go-well-together.130180/

This would be a somewhat lower priority issue as the number of people running Grammarly who are also on degreeinfo are probably not that large, but I'll discuss it with our engineer to see if we can come up with a fix. A very short-term solution for you might be to disable Grammarly when you visit degreeinfo.

As a community service, I'll leave it on. ;)

What browser are you using that doesn't already do real-time spellchecking?

I'm in Chrome, but Grammarly is SOOOO amazing. Despite a few occasional interaction glitches, it's a full editing software. Comma? Hyphen? There, their, and they're? All covered as you type. While I haven't purchased the premium version, it alerts you to critical errors (free version) while letting you know there are additional errors that can be corrected by upgrading. As I type this now, it's alerting me to possible word choice confusion for "their" and "they're" as well as a re-writing error for that fragment. ;) Sometimes, as in this case, my word choice is deliberate- so it's not perfect, but it's pretty awesome.
In addition, for the super-nerd, you get a weekly report. It tells you the number of words you've typed (I average 60,000) and where you rank among users (for reference, that number lands me in the 98-99th percentile regularly) and how your vocabulary size ranks among their users, and how your grammar ranks as well. Despite my number of words typed and vocab always being in 98-99th %, my grammar/correction stats put me around 45-50th depending on the week. I love it.
