What is an affordable Fine Art credential?

I want to apply to work as an Art teacher. I already have a teaching license, and can get an Fine Arts endorsement just by taking a simple test, but with no Art credential on my resume, I am not competitive in job interviews. I'd like to earn some kind of certificate or degree in Art, but without breaking the bank, as I've already spent much on my education getting a teaching license. This could be:

    - An undergraduate certificate (e.g. from a community college).
    - A second BA.
    - A second Master's.
    - A master's level certificate.
    - An education program emphasizing Art Education.

My only requirements are that it results in some kind of credential (though an AA might not look good added to a resume that already has a Master's), and that it is as cheap as possible.

I just need something to go on the resume to show that I studied Art. Does anyone know of an affordable on-line program that could give me some kind of credential in Art?

Here are a few possibilities, but to Kizmet's point, we don't know what affordable or "as cheap as possible" really means.

Sessions College for Professional Design (Accredited by DEAC)

    Vocational Certificates
    https://www.sessions.edu/admissions/vocational-certificate/

    Cost: $385 x 6 months = $2,310

    UMass Amhert

    Certificate in Arts Management (non-credit)
Arts Management Certificate Program | www.umassonline.net

    Cost: $681 per course x 4 courses = $2,724

    UC Irvine

    Certificate in Arts Management (non-credit)
    https://merage.uci.edu/programs/executive-education/open-programs/arts-management.html

    Cost: $2,495

I did. 100% degree programs. 90% to do with other-than-pictorial arts - multimedia, photography, acting, writing, advertising etc. etc. No mention of online. Total cost around $38,000 a year, including $14,000+ for room and board.

Degrees from this school are $90K and up. NA school - ACCSC. Multimedia / entertainment /gaming tech etc. oriented. Art(s), yes - but pretty well art(s)-through-technology. Degree students all get MacBook Pros.

Online - only 3 certificate programs - Audio Production, Internet Marketing and Instructional Design and Tech. Not for the OP, methinks.

I Googled 'online art certificate' and lots of Canadian colleges / universities came up. We have good schools here, (says grad of 3 of 'em) comparatively cheap, and priced in 79-cent Canadian Dollarettes. Might be an option.

This is the same school as discussed in post 6 above. Turns out they do have many of their degree programs online. At about 90K. Some individual courses - nothing that would interest the OP unless he/she wants to be a sculptor, jewellery maker, game designer, fashion artist, etc.

Affordable as in, as cheap as is possible. Currently my school's tuition is ~$300/course, but I'd be willing to pay $500/course, or up to ~$2000 for the whole program. But really, the cheaper the better.

Well, it seems that we've found a couple that cost about a shmillion dollars. So far that's as cheap as possible.
