    Thanks Kizmet - I shared it in my Delaware group. Programs like that sometimes go after homeschooling families to offer diplomas and GEDs. Though parent-issued homeschool diplomas are legal in all 50 states, parents are still fearful and can fall victim to programs like this. Thanks!

    Unfortunate, but true. I maintain a list of non-accepted "high schools" with about 160 entries. Most of these are: 1) pay a fee (usually $200, sometimes more); 2) take an online "test" that is impossible to fail and 3) download your diploma (or have it sent via mail).
