My understanding is that "no-knock" warrants are somewhat rare in the world of white-collar crime. They are typically reserved for situations where the subjects might be armed or prepared to flush/destroy evidence. It has also been suggested that the raid was unlikely to have been "pre-dawn" as Federal search warrants are not allowed to be served before 6am. There are exceptions, but again, it's rare.
