I looked at this link and it actually seems to be way less expensive than the US equivalents, roughly half-priced (I think). The courses look fine too. One caveat: I have edited work for publishing from PhD's before, and PhD's from the UK can be of two sorts: very good and very bad. It has something to do with the UK graduate system, where the tutors are more or less forced to complete the theses written by under-achieving PhD students. In other words, almost everyone comes through at such universities, at the expense of the UK researchers' reputation. (At least, this what I have heard, so don't take my word for it.)
