    Good Morning,

I am still looking for the elusive degree that will accept a quantity of grad credits. This can be State approved or DETC approved. Wondering if this could be a stepping stone to a PHD somewhere. Thanks for thoughts.

There aren't that many DEAC-accredited schools that offer doctoral programs. Honestly, I'd probably start by asking all of them.

That won't create a "stepping stone to a PhD" though. Only professional doctorates at DEAC schools, right? Still -- I think Steve's idea is the best.

If I had a DEAC Masters and wanted to find a school that would accept the credits toward a PhD the first 2 places I'd look would be UNISA and Deakin University based on the fact that they were both DEAC (DETC) accredited themselves once upon a time and so might have a little respect for that brand.

Asking is free. But that was long enough ago now that I doubt there's that much institutional memory at those places about it ever having been the case.
