Anyone know's any college that offers computer science or software engineering classes online ? Looking for 100/200 classes to fulfill the lower level CS course sequence. I've checked with Indiana U online, Clovis and ENMU. No luck so far. Also emailed Troy U, no reply yet.

    :disappointed:

Last I checked, Sante Fe Community College and Oakton Community College had fairly low out-of-state tuition and offered several computer courses. Central New Mexico Community College may have even lower tuition, but the courses seem mostly IT-focused. I don't know if any of these schools have a full AA or certificate on-line.

There is an online school in the Great State of VT which has an "upside down" associate's and bachelor's in web design. What "upside down" means is that your tech classes will be 100/200 level and your freshman requirements will be 300/400 level. Texas State Technical College, which is a huge multi-campus system offers an associate's in web design/e-commerce ... as does Owens Community College in The Great City of Toledo, OH.

My nephew, who just graduated the University of Toledo in software once informed me that TU offers a bacvhelor's in software engineering but has no coursework in video game software engineering; however, he said that some of the smaller unis in Toledo do have video game software engineering classes within their software engineering programs: when asked which unis, my nephew replied that one of his gamer friends was doing his degree through Herzing's Toledo campus. Herzing has a very large multiple-campus system plus online degrees.
