Go to archive.org and use the Wayback Machine. Enter southernbible seminary.org and there is the December 17, December 20, 2003 SBIS catalog where Ron is claiming SBIS holds full accreditation with the National Accrediting Association For Christian Schools (NAACS) before NAACS was even created on January 5, 2004. It's history page is also contradictory to other years' of SBIS catalogs' history page. Arts and counseling degrees are advertised as well. The internet is a fascinating tool for information.

Noteworthy "Correction"~The Augusta (GA) Chronicle article November 1, 2003 "Old Church shows new sign of life" says SBIS is accredited by National Accreditng Association For Christian Schools (NAACS) in Jacksonville, FL. December 17, 2003 SBIS Catalog states SBIS holds full accreditation with the National Accrediting Agency For Christian School (NAACS). National Accrediting Association for Christian Schools (NAACS Jacksonville, FL) was incorporated January 5, 2004 according to its incorporation papers. NAAPS had the word 'agency' in it, not NAACS.

A faculty member of Southern Bible Institute and Seminary has confirmed that SBIS Evans GA (sbisevans.org) is indeed identical to Southern Bible Institute and Seminary Augusta GA. The registrant for the domain site was Ronald Drawdy. The corporation Southern Bible Church, Institute and Seminary, Inc has Ronald Drawdy for its Senior Pastor. SBIS Evans has not been deemed by GA as authorized or religious exempt, so no degrees whatsoever are to be issued by SBIS Evans, GA.

No! Please no !! The horse, as Kizmet said, is definitely dead. In the words of the late John Lennon -- "Let it be..."

The school is a ministry school. The degree is accepted by SACS and Higher learning. i personally know many teachers with this degree and they only needed 16 hours to receive a valid certification. I think the information was given (many times). A person now can read these posts and also research accreditation for certification. If you chose to not attend that is your choice, if you chose to attend, you can also use the hours toward a teaching degree, that is fact. They never claimed to certify teachers, they only claim to prepare you for ministry and that is a fact. Pensacola Christian College is not accredited but has given over 10,000 degrees and the state accepts them all. We can read the message and clearly the names slandered. There has to me a stopping point and they need to get a life and move on. I will not argue any points, I can only state facts and that is that many taking this college are certified teachers (needed 16 hours to finish) and the school brings value. It is a very sad day when a pastor is attacked and after many repeating warnings still attacked. We can read and you did what you felt was right. Move on.

I believe that we had all moved on right up until the point where you revived the thread.

I have a simple question if they offered as a seminary or bible institute a certificate and diploma limited to religious areas for example ministry, christian music, bible studies and perhaps church management would it be legal if they applied for the religious exemption?

Seems to me they or others don't need to lie about this if they have other options.
