There's a difference between multiple and multiplicity tho! :D Its like having pet cats. Lots of people have one cat. Some others really like cats and have two, three, even four. But when someone has 18 .....

I'm not speaking of the degrees. I'm referring to his lawsuits. I read through several of the documents, and he makes claims that are simply bizarre.

He continually fought Tyler Junior College regarding his residency status, yet he continued to attend there...over and over and over again. He attempted to press criminal charges for theft against the college's officers but willingly subjected himself to the alleged "theft" again and again. He even openly acknowledges this fact.

Statements all over the website are grandiose and seemingly delusional. Sure, taken alone these might simply be considered comical, but when combined with the rest of the erratic behavior, it raises questions.

I'm not alleging any particular psychological disorder, but I think it is possible that he might have some psychological disturbances.

    And why is this?

He claims in his letters that he is a dependent of his parents. That usually means "unmarried."

This is the kind of guy who obsessively checks his website stats to see who is visiting his website. Once he sees all the links from here, he'll be by to visit and he's gonna have a cow over this thread.

Good point. Plus he'll probably try to sue us all.

Supposedly he hopes to be a lawyer some day, or at least get a J.D. (from his wish list). What he might not realize is that this ridiculous pursuit of Tyler Junior College will probably prevent him from ever getting a license to practice law. State Bars as a general rule do not like to give licenses to people who prove their propensity toward frivolous, ill-conceived law suits and efforts to use the legal system to bully someone into doing what they want before they even get a license. He'll have to disclose every one of these actions on his bar application.

Well you know what they say, "(Blank)'em if they can't take a joke." If this dude is stupid enough to put his business out there for the world to see, and then get upset over peoples reactions, he shouldn't have put himself out there in the first place.

My favorite part is where he accuses the lawyer for the college of retaliation because she keeps telling him not to contact her clients directly. Despite overpaying for his paralegal degree, if he doesn't know you don't contact your adversary directly if he's represented by a lawyer, then he learned nothing at all.

OOOO I love profiling! I'll play. I'm going with only child, above average aged parents, indulgent home life, upper middle class, few close friends- loner, avid reader, average intelligence with above average motivation, event(s) in young childhood surrounding (in)justice that gives him a heightened feeling of obligation /vindication- considerable obsession with law and enforcement of law/delivery of justice, few jobs if any since his antisocial or awkwardness doesn't lend to a cooperative employee or team member- but I'd bet he has held a few retail sales jobs, joined the military to feel a normal connection to men that he didn't otherwise get through friendships, no longer enlisted so the experience (yet again) didn't meet his expectations based on his world view, strong sense of obligation to his mother, unmarried, outward displays are very important (car, clothes), financially unstable/living in poverty but not obvious, confused about why he is not successful and rejects suggestions for personal/professional growth-improvement.

    Indeed.

I was just thinking that he seems a bit self-absorbed and pre-occupied with his own circumstances, which appear to be dissatisfactory to him......probably not conducive to attracting and retaining a partner. But there are a lot of fish in the sea.....ya never know....

LOL, thanks, I'm a nerd for that kind of stuff....of course, I could be totally wrong, but I'm usually pretty good. It's been my favorite game since I was a child. I was a Columbo addict in grade school.

I'd say no way. He seeks public validation, a cat hurter seeks private stimulation.
Maybe he'll join us and tell me all the ways in which I'm wrong :present:

Holy crap. It was entertaining at first, right up to the point where you start reading the actual letters. Then it just gets creepy.

He's evidently threatened the Texas Bar Association with legal action so I think we're safe for a while. His plate's kinda full. I do like where he wants the police chief fired and for them to install him as the new one. That's initiative!

    798 semester hours? Really?

The profiling bit was really funny, but did anyone closely read my disclaimer so the rest of us are safe from litigation, lol. :moon:
