What is your new years resolution? Mine probably should be not to spend so much time poking around on Degree Info.

I don't believe in them. I usually break them quickly and just feel bad. My resolution is not to make any!

I always have a hard time maintaining my exercise routine through the long New England winter months. I have also learned the hard way that I will usually not drive to the gym at 6AM. So my big Christmas present to myself was my purchase of a used eliptical trainer (I bought it used from someone who's even worse than me). I like it because I can use it any time of day and don't have to worry about the weather, road conditions, drive times or how I look. I can just go at it. Result: I'm exercising more (and watching more stupid TV)

..restart P90X ... Kiz, if you haven't tried it, I can recommend it! Edu wise... Decide which school to attend for masters... UCF, URI or UCD.. Tough I am mostly leaning towards UCD..

I like to jog along the trail near my house, but only when it's warm out, and to me that's about seven months of the year. Fortunately, I will go to the gym (albeit later in the morning), and as a result I too watch a lot more stupid TV, since all they have on there are CNN, ESPN, and the local ABC affiliate.

Have you thought about just changing over to an Electric Cigarette? My uncle started using them and has not bought a pack of real cigarettes in over a year. You buy the fluid to re-fill the cartridges and its really cheap and a lot healthier for you. And you can smoke anywhere with one.
Electric Cigarette ™ The home of the Original E-Cigarette #1 LOWEST PRICE $54.95

I just bought one so I can get away without the withdrawals. I’m going to be doing my practicum for my LCDC in a few months so I don’t want to be smoking.

To quit smoking is a great idea, for sure. Electronic cigarettes, not so, according to the World Health Organization.

I'm not talking about using it as a stop smoking aid, just a better cleaner way to get your nicotine ; )

But if they are saying that about the E cig's then they need to get on Nicorette for making the nicotine inhaler in doses of High to Low just like the E Cig's or even the gum which also goes in does from High to Low. They are the same thing.

2 things on my list. 1) I'm going to become a regular blood donor. I go later in January for an apt to give "double red" since I have negative blood, then I'll give every 112 days. 2) Getting on the bone marrow match registry. It's a simple cheek swab and an issue that's really important to our family since we have a family friend needing a bone marrow transplant in a couple of months.

People like you are why Americans are the greatest. You did not balk about your son joining the armed forces, you supported him. Rock On!

I don't believe in resolutions either. Resolutions essentually highlight something about yourself, that you don't like, and would like to change. Now although I'm not perfect, I don't believe I'm highly flawed either; and I like the person I've become so I don't really feel the need to make a resolution to change what I am or what I've become.

Just be yourself and be proud of the person you are.
