University bumper stickers -- School pride or sad and shallow?

Same here - I have a ERAU plate frame on my primary car.

I also have an A.T. Still window sticker.

Everybody needs to have references to two relatively obscure schools on their vehicles.

 

I have a very small gator on my bumper. I tell people it's so small because I only did a graduate certificate with UF, but the actual reason is that my wife doesn't allow me to put a giant GATOR NATION flag on the car.

90% of my decision on the grad certificate was the fact that I'm a Florida fan, and I'm not ashamed to admit it. If you lived in Oregon, you need to make a statement against all those damn Ducks fans.

 

Hahaha...I had the misfortune of spending a few months in Eugene including one football season several years ago. Talk about delusional Pac-10/Duck fans. I entertained myself by telling people the SEC was a dominant conference and the Pac-10 was a bit of a joke.

Glad to see someone out there repping the SEC...even if it is Florida.

 

Bumper stickers are so 80's.

I think a nice license plate frame is enough.

 

For real? LOL! My husband and I used to joke when we lived in Houston that there must be some sort of contract Aggies sign when they graduate that says, "From here on out, I will only buy maroon vehicles." just because of the sheer number of maroon cars and trucks with A&M stickers we would see whenever we were driving somewhere.

 

Oh, I know they are crazy. Any student body that will "hump it" in "yell practice" is obviously not "all there."

I just don't think car color is that big of a deal.

Many of the school bumper stickers/decals that I see are on the cars of proud parents who are sending their kids through college. There's nothing wrong with that.

 

I prefer the schools stickers that go on the back window of the car. I have a pic in off topics.
