    I have never been to Africa but I have a love affair with schools in South Africa. University of Cape Town at 161 is pretty cool. I stand corrected but if you are accepted at UCT as an external student the cost is less than UNIZA. I believe it is the same for the other schools.

    Globalization! Africa is an emerging market for education.
    If there are any Toyota enthusiasts here, then they can support me when I say Toyota build it brand by doing business in poor countries. The vehicle of choice in many developing countries is Toyota.
    If Aspen think Africa fits it strategy, then I am sure Aspen will take advantage of it.
