Yet another PhD floods the market..

Since it seems to be a tradition here to make an "I'm done" announcement, I guess I'll make mine.

Friday afternoon I successfully defended my PhD dissertation at the University of Florida titled, "An Analysis of Real Estate Transactions and Socioeconomic Variables on Agricultural Lands in Polk County, Florida" (don't all run to the library at once now.)

yay, I can sleep now.

 

I'm guess I'm just tired but I read that as "Yet another fake PhD floods the market". My mind is playing tricks on me....LOL

Congratulations on the PhD! You guys are always an inspiration for people like me to continue my studies!
