I know they applied for Title IV financial aid back in January... anyone know if they will be approved? How long does that process typically take? I've got my eye on that Psychology PhD.
Hello there, unless something has changed, Northcentral University does not participate in federal financial aid. They do have several other financial aid options: http://www.ncu.edu/financing/financing_your_education.aspx You should contact the school as soon as you can, in case you are worried about tuition or the possibility of having to pay for courses out of pocket.
Thank you for your reply. I spoke with a representative today that told me that they submitted an application for federal aid in January and *fingers crossed* that they should hear something soon. I was just wondering if anyone knew about the process.
I'm on a list to be notified once a decision is made so I will let everyone know once I know something... Anyone know about the process or if their application is likely to be approved?
I believe it had to do with the process and amount of paperwork involved with federal financial aid. NCU found that it was too costly to permit federal financial aid.
Judging solely by how much their rates have gone up (or at least how much their discounts have decreased) since that decision was made, they should be able to afford it again.
If anyone is interested, they got it. NORTHCENTRAL UNIVERSITY 10000 EAST UNIVERSITY DRIVE PRESCOTT VALLEY, AZ Federal School Code: 038133
